The thing I like the most about Konfhub is its features even in the freemium model. It offers a number of valuable features such as audience engagement, a list of attendees, and mail to participants.Also, we can even send WhatsApp messages and SMS to the attendees with a single click in its paid subscription.

The website is not much good as it needs to be. I faced a few glitches like I couldn't download the participant list.

Some feedback from my side1. Giving tickets on the basis of filter directly from the UI2. The API call for giving the tickets could be made async. Or it could internally give separate calls to lambda on the basis of the size of the list. It was failing after 30 secs. If I give a list of 500 participants. 3. A way for participants to cancel their ticket if they are not going to come4. A way for participants to send a transfer request to admin which can be approved by the admin5. Attendees could be uploaded from admin page even if the ticket is sold out or expired.6. Upload attendees should also be don with a form rather than just excel.7. If a ticket is approved and we do checkin within 30 sec to 1 min. It is not able to scan the QR. We also have to refresh the checkin page. Only after which it accepts the checkin

Very easy to track attendees. In built payment gateway was pretty much helpful.Many other services like ticketing, checkin and participation certificates are very much useful.

Mobile view is not that much effective and easy to use.

Konfhub has one of the best UI that is very easy to use, many features that helps in managing data and extra features for communicating attendees.

We need to download an Excel sheet everytime we need attendees data, if you could give an option to link data to a Google sheet which updates itself constantly. And also maintain security while doing this.

There are lags resulting in sometimes missing the question. Though these are less it can be reduced to increase user experience
