For an event ticketing platform there are little bugs and no issues that have created a sense of dissatisfaction. Event management is a breeze: I have not used the seating arrangements though. It is an affordable product that our members do not struggle with using. We like that we can customize fees for every event: con is that we can not setup a generic fee or payout for the organization. Cons: Some of the reporting can be cumbersome and doesn't always meet my needs. However, whenever I have needed custom reports I have reached out to customer support and they are super responsive always willing to create a custom report. I spoke to three different employees while trying to work out a solution and each time I called they told me a different story. I do not recommend anyone uses this company. They are all about money, and not about the small businesses that support them. Cons: I do not like that this company decided to cancel their fast pay option which sends us our money weekly.
