TicketSource is a cloud-based event ticketing platform that provides tools for event promotion and managing ticket sales. Users can set up an online box office for events and offer allocated seating or general admission tickets to customers.

The solution provides venue seating plan designer that enables customers can choose their preferred seats using a graphical representation of a venue’s layout and seating. It also allows vendors to customize tickets with brand colors and logos.

TicketSource provides users with digital marketing tools, discount coupons and customer referral codes to promote online ticket sales. Users can add an event URL in their social media feeds to promote an event. Additionally, TicketSource provides an inventory system that lets users store and access data for online and offline ticket sales to help mitigate overbooking. Integrations include MailChimp and Stripe.

Pricing is based on a percentage of the booking fee. Support is provided via phone, email and chat.

Amazing - Simply amazing

Pros

TicketSource system is the best Box Office system I have found, does everything we would need and more. There are so many features it is such a flexible system. Support is excellent, very responsive and quick.

Cons

Nothing really, its just a great system that does all we need.

very easy to set up! Even for me who is a bit of a technophobe

Cons

Not always obvious how to change settings. Eg. I wanted to change the time that sales could run to - couldn't find it on the evening of my event, so may have lost sales.

Fabulous.Made it so easy for me to sell tickets and promote my show.

Pros

Easy to set up in the first instance, very easy to operate both from a customers point of view and from an administrative point of view. Easily amendable and controllable for an admin, if changes needed to be made and on top of that, paid out extremely quickly.

Cons

Nothing, it worked perfectly for me. I found it perfect for what I needed - I really do not have any cons for this product,

Resolving trouble tickets was never so easy

Pros

they have a very systematic solution and addressing the user data for the ticket collected and resolve it with the very fastest and reliable way possible.

Cons

Submitting the ticket in the system is a little slow if they have a huge queue. i suggest an improvement there if they can.

The Ticket Source service is great - very happy to recommend to any other theatre group.

Much easier ticket sales to a good portion of our audience.

Pros

Easy to set up. Very good emails to keep you informed on what is going on with sales.
Various reports which are really useful.
We love it, and will be encouraging our audiences to use Ticket Source much more in the future.

Cons

I did find it hard to work out how to do a couple of things, but I phoned in for help and it was sorted out very quickly.

Worked perfectly for our five night panto - each night was a sellout!

Pros

The seating plans worked really well and allowed people to select their own seats, but despite being a bit nervous about this we still sold out every single seat!

Cons

It would be nice to see some type of graph to show number of tickets being sold by time as the default reports were quite basic.

A Christmas Concert in aid of ABF The Soldiers' Charity

It was easy for our supporters to purchase event tickets. Administration costs were of no extra cost to the charity.

Pros

It was simple to use and make amendments if needed. The process was quick and straightforward. We were also able to set up more than one account as we have volunteer committees for our charity that run events for us but they are linked by one log in.

Very easy to use service - great support and reasonable fees. Sold over 2,000 tickets through them.

Reports selection is poor. We were mailing our own tickets and to do the weekly mailing I had to download two reports into Excel, join using VLOOKUP and then manually check as the address report does not have the customer reference and if there are two people with the same surname the address reports sorts differently to the sales report.

Helpful staff. Easy to navigate the site.

Pros

I could do almost anything I wanted. Reports were easy to generate. It was extremely easy to make alterations to people's bookings, or recover customer details. I needed one phone call at the start just to sort a couple of minor things, then it was really easy!

Cons

I had no real issues. From initial set up, I was not sure how the ticket booking fee would work, but one phone call sorted it out.

My experience is entirely positive and with guidance from Ticket Source the software is easy to use.

Pros

It is easy to use both for the administrator and our audience, the staff at Ticket Source are friendly and helpful and the cash appears in our bank account within a few days for the concert.
For our customers who live a distance from the venue, it is so simple to book tickets on line.

Hassle free experience from start to finish.

Took away the hassle of ticketing almost completely.

Pros

Once set up, this software takes most of the trouble associate with ticketing away. The interface is fairly self explanatory and if things do get confusing the help site is both intuitive and informative.
There was no claim process, as soon as the event was over funds were credited to our accounts and there was a full detailed report regarding every transaction.

Cons

The initial planning is a little long winded. I would like the ability to customise the seating plan layout further. There's nothing wrong with the current set up, I'd just like to be able to configure it to look like my theatre.

Really simple and cost-effective

Pros

So easy to use with lots of options to upload branding, download scanner apps etc if you want to go further. Also very reasonable fee per ticket and income was paid promptly.

Cons

Nothing to complain about! Interface is perhaps a little dull and could be more eyecatching, but then again it needs to work for a wide range of events.

Pros

Useful reporting, quick and easy booking features and settings are easy to amend and use. Useful add ons such as wristbands and E-tickets, which is very helpful.

Ticket Source
