Very bad experience once I am encountering a problem with the software. This is because there is no real person to help as customer support.

I don't know what the reason is, but sometimes the mistakes do not appear even after pasting the text on Ginger. Also, I feel that it's premium version is a bit expensive.

Cannot compare to the TRADOS functionality (therefore, sometimes, Memsource loses TRADS). A lot of vendors use other CATs, therefore, I cannot use Memsource fully.
