Pros
- Machine translation, which is surprisingly accurate is the greatest advantage - huge time saver. Possibility of creating your own dictionaries and their future use is also of great benefit.
- I am happy with PhraseApp and recommend it to developers like me or to anyone who want to translate stuff on fly to multiple languages.
- So far, I had an amazing experience with Memesource. Amazing customer service and a lot of information and trainings available for free.
Cons
- When I right-click to correct an error, the word I am looking for always seems to be at the bottom of the list of suggestions.
- The website starts lagging a lot and sometimes crashing when openning very big projects.
- Payment of MT is a big disadvantage, as well as the payment for time to keep your translation memories.
Pros
- The support team is very proactive and efficient and, on on top of that, it has a very affordable price.
- It's easy to use and easy to learn for both our company and our vendors, 2. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly; they respond quickly to all queries, 3. It's very affordable.
- The customer care is very responsive and accommodating. The software is saving me a lot of time, helps me to manage my projects and lets me focus on what really matters - my translation work.

- The way the client's contact info is displayed, it's not following the north american setting I am use to. There is no option to end payment fees in the payment received.
- Integrated customization features are limited, but the development team is available to consider suggestions for improvementa and customization.
- Multiquotes for the same project make it hard to measure accurate conversion rates from protemos.
