The product works great but the highlight is Customer Support. Knowledgeable, to the point, Quick replies and clear solutions to any issues or concerns are something that most other companies could learn from.

Set and forget is hard to find with software lately, but weglot does work as intended and it is relatively simple to install and configure. Once done, one can sit back and relax, knowing that future updates won't crash or slow-down the site.

No software is perfect but weglot does what one expects. I didn't always find the response to what I wanted to do in the help section, but technical support is great and replies pretty much immediately.

Weglot helps us translate the website in English and sell internationally even if only have one website at the moment !

Weglot is easy to implement on a website, and it automatically translates most of the elements of the website. To start, if you don't have Shopify plus (or a way to duplicate and translate your website), it is probably the best way to start selling internationally ! The English translation is well done, and the Spanish one as well. The customer success team is very available and helpful !

First, you need to delete the old translations yourself if you want to reduce the number of words translated because weglot doesn't do so automatically. If you want to correct a translation, you sometimes have to do it a lot of times. Some elements of the website are not translated, or not all the time. Some customers told us that the German translation is not great; apparently some words are not very well translated.

The platform and software itself functions well: for a small company like ourselves this is great for rolling out multiple languages. Working together with translators in the tool works great.

Translation quality is similar to Google translate so you definitely need to get everything rewritten though. This means extra cost. Also, Weglot support is the worst I've experienced in SaaS. Our website was down several hours because of Weglot and the support team didn't respond at all and didn't have a clue about what was going on.

It's easy to use and customizable to your website.

At first, our website was staying on English even when we tried to switch to other languages using the plugin. But I contacted customer support and [ Sensitive Content ] was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient as I continued troubleshooting on my end. Customer support is everything these days, especially when so many of us are working from afar, so this quick resolution and responsiveness gave us enormous peace of mind.

For a non-coder like me, what I like most about Weglot is how easy it is to integrate to your website and use. But what makes Weglot stand out, is their 5-star support. Always fast, friendly, with a genuine willingness to help and solve your problem.

It's been a while since I used all the features, so non that I can think of right now.

I do Multi-Language-Websites for our clients. Easy to go. Easy to use. Even with CRM like Jimdo, WP or WIX. Frankly speaking: the translation, which the translator did, has not differed greatly from the machine translation. Sure, a native speaker will notice the difference, but, hey, you can easily change every sentence manually in the editor. This way, the translator doesn't have to look for new work and you still save a lot of time with your project. Win-win!

It is easy to integrate - and more importantly, it saves an incredible amount of working time. Instead of duplicating all the subpages of the website, after that giving it to a translator, implement the translations, you can do all that with almost 1-click. Best topic: the visual editor. Second best: the awesome service and kind people at Weglot.

Sometimes you have to do a second reload in the visual editing mode. But, hey, that is whining at a high level.

The Software works really well and translates well. It's great help and saves a lot of time. Plus i love the fact you can customize rules for single sentences and words. For each problem i had, the customer support was really incredible.

The translations are very good, only a little of it needs to be changed manually, but only because certain words are used in my specific field. The customer service is outstanding. Weglot saves a lot of time (and my nerves!!)

It´s nothing I want to complain about, but for me it would be helpful to have a tool to control the registration and then the sending of newsletters in different languages by setting, without the customer having to choose a language via a checkbox.

Myself and my team have found using Weglot very easy. The ability to overwrite translations when necessary and provide image translations was critical to our single storefront use with BigCommerce. Weglot combined with BigCommerce allowed us to effectively create a pseudo-multistorefront experience. The translations are fairly high quality with minimal overrides required. The support was fantastic and quick to respond, especially given the time difference (Eastern vs Paris).

The backend menus could be a bit easier to search through, but this is a VERY minor issue at most.

I had massive problems implementing the country flags for mobile devices. Weglot support discovered that a previously installed translation app had not been uninstalled correctly and helped me with this.

The software is installed with just a few clicks and the machine translations are immediately visible. That means you have your translation of your page immediately. Weglot is very quick to learn because of the many videos. In my case, I would like to highlight the support. I had some problems because we had previously installed another translation APP and the code remnants hindered Weglot. Weglot support has always helped me very quickly and very effectively. The price is comparatively expensive, but quality has its price. A good app with fast and good support has its price. I am also interested in the app being further developed and constantly improved.

Nothing for now as I am entirely satisfied of the service. There are some subtle errors within the automated translations but I find great to be able to correct them by myself.

It's very easy to use and the best part, it's easy to maintain. When we change part of our website it automatically carries over to the other language(s). All we need to do is quickly double check the automatic translation (8/10 we need no changes!) and that's it!

Localization for German-Switzerland is still missing... it's a minor thing since German-Germany is mostly the same, but would be an appreciated feature for the future.

I'm trying to optimise everything within Weglot integration in my Shopify store and Klaviyo app, from appearance to SEO. It is not always easy, but Weglot customer support is a 5-stars ! They are quick and can go deep in the presented issue, they don't give up till finding a solution !

I was expecting an easier set up. I found various small issues that I needed to fix, with the help of the customer support.

Manual editing available for translations. Real-time translations. Easy installation. Customizations using hooks.

Some sections were either automatically excluded from translation or not translated at all and had to manually update the translations for these sections. URL translation is available only in Advanced or Enterprise plan.
