Excellent product
This tool enable us to embed cost control of travels effectively in our business operations. It is very straight forward to implement and all in own hands and no need to call Help desk/ Technical Support for this (can add/ remove users and assign / change the user rights whenever you want). The possibility to interface the transactions to an accounting system (with the relevant project tagging) saves lots of work for the Finance Team.
PROS- great inventory with competitive prices - very user friendly - able to set travel budgets per team/ departments - able to arrange approval workflows with up-to-date price reflection - possibility to set mandatory cost tags (cost centre/ project) - interface with accounting system - excellent support desk (24/7 available) - very easy to implement (can be done within few days) - cost saving - no booking fee / transaction fee (only when you need to re-book)
CONSEverything seems working fine. It is very user friendly, a straight forward tool.

Short Review
Overall the experience is good despite from some cases.
PROSI like the support team the most. They are very helpful and gave fast response.
CONSSometimes the price discrepancy is very huge and that makes us booked the ticket from official web.

Booking exclusivity for organizations, but need to step up on features.
Overall just okay, but I think there are better options out there?
PROSAir and hotel booking in 1 platform - convenient, yes but again results are only based on thresholds set by the organization. Interface is clean.
CONSThresholds can be annoying and approval flow are segwayed manually which defeats the purpose.

Easy To Use Tool & Great Customer Service
I have used Travelstop regularly to book my hotel and flight reservations for business trips. I found the UI to be intuitive, easy to. understand and whole booking process was very smooth. Liked the feature of booking hotels near to your office. Just search by distance Customer support team has been super helpful and particularly fast in responding. I remember reaching out to Travelstop team over the weekend for one of my trips, reply was instant Easy to access your booking history

Easy to use software
Overall it is a value for money software. It helps finance team process the claims smoothly and is easy for users to use.
PROSTravelstop is an easy to use software for submitting expense claims. Interface is user friendly and has options for booking flights and hotels as well.
CONSTravelstop cannot be integrated with accounting software hence manual upload is required in accounting system.

Convenient and User Friendly
User friendly and convenient tool for flight and hotel booking. It reduces the hassle to communicate back and forth with offline travel agent and speed up the whole booking process with just few clicks away.

Overall is good but the price is not cheap for the service and product.
PROSThe CS service is very good and well react in ad hoc situation
CONSQuite expensive and hope that there are different discount can be offered via purchase on this platform. Should improve the option of travel doc type. Home Return Permit is missing.

Travelstop - Great tool to have
It is a great tool to have for travel bookings and claims.
PROSFeatures are user friendly. Can be assessed anywhere with internet since submission and approvals are done online and is very convenient during current covid19 situation where many people work from home. There is no need for users to keep receipts as they can take a photo and submit in soft copies. Easy for administrator to have access to history of the travel bookings made by the Company users and track status of expense claims. The ability of software to automatically convert expenses from foreign to local currency also helps facilitate accounting and payments.
CONSThere is nothing that I like the least from the standpoint of an administrator - the software works great in all aspects.
