I would recommend this software to other QA analysts.

Sometimes, the requirements between qTest and JIRA did not sync well. There were many times where the number of requirements in each software was not the same.

I'm not sure if it is our implementation - but it seems to hiccup often, I randomly get errors or steps don't display.

We are trying to replace HP ALM because it's only compatible with an old IE version, has TERRIBLE UI and disrupts a lot of our workflows.

Useful for test traceability, good integration with JIRA.

Its a nice tool for test management with good support available online.

I love the Jira integration. We run all our requirements through Jira and import them into qTest when we can link all our test cases to them.

Easy to use and understand. Good Support and Training sessions.

Other notable feature includes complete control over requirement management and traceability and easy to use UI etc.

I like how easy it is to save work, the intuitive UI and the color scheme for quick status checks. The layout is straightforward like Rally's and it can be a requirements repository.

We use Ranorex in our team and unfortunately this cannot hook up into qTest.

Its helping in ease of doing business and run the agile environment in a smooth way.

Along with this, some of the qTest add-ons such as Insights are very difficult to work with and not intuitive as normal data analysis tools.

Great to control the quality process and improve our test case development process.

My problem is that I sometimes forget to click the Save button and I walk away and if the session times out - then all your work is lost.

Pretty good experience so far, not super hard to use.

The software has a good workflow allowing traceability of requirements right through to individual test runs. It is easy to separate releases and produce reports on test summary once finished.

Video record function is amazing and outstanding when we compare it to similar products. It can make script creation automated.

Integration seems to be easy and possible with requirements and Jira.

I have been using qtest for a while and I really like it the way it has built up. The integration with jira allows to link JIRA issues against the Qtest which is helpful in overall visibility.

If you're married to Selenium, this will help you avoid divorce.

Only drawback of this software is it won't support Windows based application. And it requires more programming knowledge to write and automate scripts.

The tool is very handy for functional and regression testing. It supports light out testing.

Selenium has a powerful object identification mechanism which provides the ability to create custom object repositories and map out entire application interfaces before the tests are even developed.

I strongly recommend this for Web UI and API test automation purpose.

The plugging is great in order to help finding elements on page.

Selenium is a great solution for web based application testing. I had to use another framework for testing APIs.

Nothing least about this tool. It doesn't support windows application.

The best part is we just need to run a script for the testing and we get results accordingly. It supports almost all the browsers like chrome, opera, firefox etc.

Selenium doesn’t allow for code less testing. No built-in image comparison (No image verification).
