The product is very reasonably priced and I have had no problems. It performs exactly as expected. In two years I've called support less than 5 times and my calls have always been answered promptly, cheerfully and very helpfully. The problem has always been because of my error and the customer support staff at QuikWater has always been able to answer my questions and fix my problem easily, quickly and pleasantly.
