Great Diagramming Software!
I have been very happy with EventDraw and have recommended the program to other venues!
PROSThe accuracy and the functionality are great with Event Draw. It has the ability to be customized to your venue and can lead to high level of efficiencies!
CONSSome of the tools are a little rigid on the web version, and there are more limitations on the web version compared to the Visio desktop version.

Quality Product, Crucial for our buisness
Great experience with the product and team.
PROSEventdraw is a crucial part of our event management processes, allowing us to easily communicate setups to our clients and internal teams.
CONS3D matterport - the look of the furniture is out of place (looks poorly computer generated) against the backdrop of the venue.

Great easy to use software for venue layouts
Super easy to use and to teach others to use, we can create floorplans very quickly which is super handy!
CONSCan be buggy. We've had issues with custom furniture items slowing down and crashing the system.

Great product and support!
Ease of use. My team only needed about 2 hours of training before they could start using EventDraw. And these are not tech-savvy people. EventDraw is easy to learn and use. Making plans is quick. Also the EventDraw team are eager to help, teach and they listen to our feedback.
CONSFirst setup can be time consuming. This involves importing plans (cad, pdf or whatever is available) and then having EventDraw staff adjusting them to our needs. However I am a perfectionist and our venue is very big and complex. So your experience will be different I'm sure. There are really only minor tweaks that I would like to see in the software itself. And I'm confident most of them will be sorted in upcoming updates.
Reasons for switching to EventDraw
The product we were using was outdated and was never really any good, even when it was new. Slow and cumbersome to use. Did not seem to be designed for end users.

Event Software management for streamlining the event planning process
From the moment I reached out inquiring about the product to this very day, the entire process has been a great experience. I have used numerous software systems in the past and have always been priced out of the market as their annual costs tripled or quadrupled. I have the same, if not more functionality with this system as I did with the others at a much more budget friendly cost.
PROSThe features offered by the system meet all of my departmental needs at a wonderful cost point annually. The ability to share and save to the cloud allows for sharing of info among my department.
CONSNot really a negative about the software, more about myself as a user. I have not invested enough tome to really delve into the inner depths of the system to take advantage of all of it's features.

It was a purely due to budgetary reasons. Once I was priced out of the market with the previous company, I searched online and discovered EventDraw and they met my desired needs and requirements at a very affordable price.

Love EventDraw
Customer service is very responsive and helpful. So easy to use and it has all the tools that we need for floor plans. Couldn't be happier with floor plan software.
PROSIt is super simple to use. Any of my managers can figure it out without having to have much training and having access to videos and training tools is a definite plus!
CONSThere is nothing that I don't like about the software. Our whole team loves it.

Event Draw
Saving frequently used items to a favorites tab is a big time saver. I also use the inventory report multiple times during the process to ensure I have a space set appropriatly.
CONSI would love a feature that shows when an object is level or straight.

CONSi have called up or emailed helpline to add the event title to the bottom of the floor plan, looks more professional.person i spoke with was unsure how to help with this.

A complete, easy to use and affordable diagramming tool!
I have used Social Tables in the past. This tool has all the same functionalities at a much lower price and a high quality. The support and continuing education on the product is awesome!
PROSA wide variety of functions that are relatively intuitive to use.
CONSI don't really have any cons. It does everything I need it to do!
