Outstanding Ticketsearch Company

Overall experience with Ticketsearch is a A+ (Great), no complaints.

PROS

Ticketsearch customer service is oustanding, and the product is exactly what we are looking for.. We are pleased with the service and product we recieve from the Ticketsearch business.

CONS

Weekend contact, need to be more available 24 hours a day all week for companies that's open 24/7

TicketSearch for Everyone

We do not have a business problem with TicketSearch. As of now, the ticketing system is working and fulfilling our needs.

PROS

TicketSearch was fairly easy to integrate with our theater and its needs especially having used another system in the past. Whatever features we used in the past we became use to the new system without too much difficulty and a little bit of tweaking so we were able to accomplish what had been done in the past. The employees were more than helpful and can't say enough of the speed in being able to reach them with a question or concern.

CONS

I can't say exactly what was least about TicketSearch except that it was just getting use to a new system. However I would like to see the customer search a little more forgiving. If last names are not exactly correct it will not show if that person was a customer previously.

We looked at two other companies and selected TicketSearch on recommendation that is was similar to the company we used previously.

Taking on a new system can have challenges and your team did a great job learning TicketSearch. We appreciate that when they had any questions, they reached out to support for answers. Regarding the patron look up, TicketSearch does start to filter information based on the number of letters (min. 3) you input into the search fields. The more letters and the more search fields you use, the more TicketSearch will sort through the database for what you want.

A solid ticketing option

PROS

Excellent customer service. Excellent price.

CONS

The lack of integration with other platforms such as stripe and wordpress. The lack of overall automation. The sometimes un-intuitive user experience as an administrator.

Appreciate the review John! For clarification, TicketSearch is fully integrated with Stripe including their credit card terminal for ease of online and walk-up credit card payments. Plus, TicketSearch integrates with a number of other payment gateways. TicketSearch takes integration requests from our customers seriously and requests like Wordpress are always considered for future integrations. Many of the box office processes are automated, like pre/post event emails, on-sale and off-sales for events and ticket types if the Admin sets up the automation.

Love it!

I am truly impressed with my experience with TicketSearch the system is great and the customer service is excellent.

PROS

I looked at many different ticketing systems before choosing TicketSearch. It has been great for our company as it is very flexible which is important since we do so many different types of events. We have used it for our drive-in shows during covid, for rentals that use our box office, for our season performances and for our fundraising event. It is easy to add a donation option to the payment path, create promo codes, the reporting options are great, the system is easy to use.

CONS

It is missing the ability to do a pay what you can ticket, but with the customized donations it was easy to create a work around for this. The team at TicketSearch are always improving the system and open to feedback of what their users would like to see so there haven't been any negatives.

We chose TicketSearch as it had more of the features we needed for the events that we hold.

Excellent Client Service and Remarkable Customizaton

They really helped us open a new market with their excellent database and ticket ordering system.

PROS

The folks who staff Ticket Search are brilliant at what they do, coming up with customized solutions to the unique challenges an individual company like ours has faced in setting up a new ticketing system. They work hard at coming up with ideas on how best to help us and are incredibly fast to respond when an issue arises. Lovely people who have a great product to offer that is incredibly reasonably priced and who never blame their clients when something goes wrong. Top-notch on every level.

CONS

There are the odd bugs that still need to be worked out, but they have not prevented us from having a perfectly workable system.

Reason for choosing TicketSearch

Excellent presentation and a willingness to handle the individualized needs of our company. We never felt we were being sold a bill of goods or being pressured into something we didn't want.

TicketSearch Review

Loving TicketSearch. It looks clean and crisp to our patrons, the back end is easy to use, and our employees can use it with ease.

PROS

[sensitive content hidden] were the best to work with while setting up our organization. Any question I gave them, they helped me figure it out. Any time I wrote with an issue, there was a reply within a few minutes. Top notch customer service.

CONS

We are using TicketSearch at a Movie and Live Performance Theatre, we are a small venue, and some of our quirks are completely different than many using the software. All of our suggestions were put forward and they did adjust/take into consideration. Just hoping to different fields for the Operator End of Shift report, so our end of year would be way more streamlined.

Valuable part of our sales process

PROS

The thing that I love the most is the value we get from the CRM and the analytics reports. We're able to see where our guests are coming from and maximize our our ROI.

CONS

The initial setup can be tedious, but the support team is friendly as they walk you through the process. And, once you get the core setup done, creating new branded email responses, ticket templates, and events is a breeze.

Great for Theatres!

Good! Anything we have needed help with, they are able to help us with in a timely manner.

PROS

Product is fairly easy to use and is easy for customers. Customer service is always amazing, and they are able to help answer my questions, any day and anytime! Price is great compared to other websites.

CONS

The options are still a little limited. Competing theater sites in our area can show photos of seat views, and can also have other options we don't seem to be able to use in our system.

I have no problems that the AMAZING TicketSearch team has not been able to solve. This is a great program and a great company to work with!

I would like to have our standing orders transfer to the next season onto the current seat map.

Lots of flexibility, easy to use and meets all of our needs

Very positive. Great support. No surprises - it did what we expected and could do everything promised. (which was a common problem with other services we've used in the past). A great solution for a very small company like ours.

PROS

-Simple setup and easy to create events by non-technical users-Flexible event display/setup (our events & tickets can vary significantly)-Easy integration with our website-Very reasonable pricing (no charge for donations)-Easy to create pre-event emails and reminders

CONS

-Integration with MailChimp not really automated.

Most flexible in setting up events. Other products were either more expensive and/or more complicated.

While incredibly flexible, was too complicated to use.

TicketSearch was big reason for our success

I can honestly say that TicketSearch is one of the main reason why our event was a success.

PROS

Their customer service is second to none! Issues were resolved with ticket purchasers in a matter of minutes. The Daily Reports were very well detailed and could be specific to our needs.

CONS

No Cons! When ever I had an issue, concern, or idea, TicketSearch took care of it immediatley!

PROS

The entire experience was generally seamless. Ability for persons to pay online, data collection, sending out of complimentary tickets.

CONS

Linking with MMG would be a welcome addition.
