Stress-free implementation of veterinary online booking
Ease of booking for clients, therefore more bookings. More efficient use of employees' time.
PROSClients love the ability to book appointments at their own pace. Receptionists love that they have more time to devote to clients on non-booking phonecalls. I love it because my staff are more available when I need them. Once set up, the system works quietly in the background. Online bookings are flagged on the scheduler, making it easy to see which appointments were booked online - these are then triaged, to ensure that they are seeing the most appropriate vet at the most appropriate time.
CONSClients are able to book at times that leave unuseable gaps ie first free slot at 4.30pm, but client chooses 4.40pm - leaving 10 minutes wasted.

Very happy with this product overall
PROSIt is easy to learn and incorporate into our scheduling process. The widget for the website, helps us guide clients to this feature. It is very user friendly, for clients and staff.
CONSI wish the new client form was customizable. The analytics could be stronger.

Online Real Time Appt Booking
Everyone is on their phones or computers and especially the younger generations. many of our clients prefer booking online, especially since they can do it from their phone and being able to book even when we are closed
PROSit's easy to set up, live chat is available, it's in real time updates, it helps reduce appts with CSR on phones
CONSIt's a bit pricey, sometimes getting help is hard that is live and not a robot

Great Ally to have for your business.
Very happy with the service that is provided!
PROSThe ease of setup, the communication between Vetstoria and our clinic is imperative!
CONSOwners sometimes will make an appointment for something that we do not want them too by changing the reason for visit. We can usually catch this and fix it.

Vetstoria saves time and money!
We have been with Vetstoria for almost two year and have nothing but good things to report! We have not had any issues or concerns and they have excellent client service.
PROSThe integration between our PIMS and PetDesk has been a timesaver for our team and more efficient for our clients.

The ease the clients have, the fact it can be done after hours at the owners convenience, reduces the number of phone calls allowing the CSRs to help the customers in front of them.
CONSI don't like that this survey REQUIRES me to answer this question when I have done nothing but praise this product.

Very happy with this easy to use product
Positive experience overall. Increase in new clients intakes as they can make bookings for the next morning overnight.
PROSOur phone calls to book appointments are definitely reduced and clients love the convenience of easily booking out of business hours.
CONSVetstoria is on the pricier end of similar products, but I feel it is worth it for its ease of use and functionality.

Easy, effective and cost positive
We have been entirely impressed with the quick setup, efficient intregration and effective customer service. We strongly recommend this product, it has been nothing but a benefit to our business
PROSVetstoria has very effectively integrated with our PMS (idexx animana), and has demonstrated significant value in terms of increased bookings (usually done out of hours), and reduction in phone calls into the clinic allowing for increased staff productivity by reducing work load over the phone. Furthermore as a start up clinic we are marketing to a modern client base which expect online booking, of which Vetstoria provides us with.
CONSWe have minimal issues with the services, the only issue was setting up of the unavailable appointments was a little confusing, but easily managed once understood

Easy for the non tech savvy
Vetstoria is beneficial to our business. The demand for booking online is ever increasing and lessens the large volume of incoming calls, allowing our front of staff to have more time engaging with clients in the practice.
PROSThe software, in particular the self service portal is easy to use, even for the non tech savvy user. Modifying the settings to correlate with our changing schedules in the veterinary practice is quick and not time consuming. You can easily customise the software and be incredibly detailed or start by using a basic format and tweaking as required.
CONSIn regards to appointment scheduling, at times it does not pick up length of appointment required, however this is more to do with the client booking the appointment.

Once installed easy to use for the client; it gives us an opportunity to welcome new clients who rather communicate online rather than using their telephone
CONSMore likely to have your appointments made leaving unused spots in your program, in other words you need a good receptionist to avoid too many blanc spots in your appointments schedule

Great tool!
The set up process was straight forward and easy to use. Julian helped every step of the way. Anytime I have a question I get a quick response and resolution.
CONSI wish we could have some doctors on 30 minute slots and others on 40 minutes, but it is a problem of the program we use I think.

Vetstoria is a Great help to Reception Team
Everybody that I have spoken with has been truly pleasant and always makes sure my questions are answered before finishing a phone call or email chain.
PROSThe platform is great and easy to use. This service has definitely helped cut down on some phone calls and clients really like the ability to manage their appointment times without having to call in.

Excellent product
Has enabled Clients to book appointments when we are closed. Has made booking certain appointments very easy for Clients.
CONSA shade over priced. Does allow Clients with a certain approach to over ride the system and book online when they should be ringing the practice - this only happens occasionally.

Great! Platform made implementing online booking simple and I am able to access stats easily
The software was easy to install and I think that this was mostly due to the fantastic Vetstoria customer service. Additionally once software was up and running, if there were any ad-hoc issues then they were addressed and resolved by Vetstoria support in a very timely manner.
CONSHad some issues with Digital Marketing tab within portal. I wanted to be able to use customised links for campaigns and initially this function was not available to me. This issue was resolved though.

Seamless integration
Our phones have been so busy that we needed to get clients to book online, and we are gradually converting them.
PROSIt has been so easy to start using Vetstoria. I couldn’t believe how quickly it was up and running. Not only is it easy for us but it’s so simple for our clients too.
CONSUpgrades and improvements seem to happening frequently which is a bonus.
