GlobalMeet webcast review

Positive, always reliable, rarely an outage, more focus on the engagement features with the dev team.

PROS

It can be self managed, licence agreement to enable unlimited use, customisable, reliable stream every time, adaptive bitrate options. Admin easy to manage and deliver end to end.

CONS

no native break out rooms for audience interaction, engagement features could be enhanced, the polling feature is not ideal and could be enhanced and developed further. Q&A could be enhanced to enable moderation and sharing of questions with the audience for upvoting etc

Virtual events manager

PROS

I can host and and streaming a webinars or other virtual event like online training and social media streaming easily with this software.

CONS

There are not many tools that i can use for controlling the webinars session. The participant only can use the quick messenger and noo other interaction tools that more popular software has.

Thank you Siti for the comments. We have been working on more features to allow participants to interact with the speakers. Today we have surveys, polls, Q&A... and we are working on emoji feedback (like Instagram) and even ways to allow participants to ask live questions!

Makes You Feel High-Tech!!

PROS

This is a great program to use for webinars. It's very easy to create and distribute logins, create/edit presentations. Very easy to use.

CONS

When I imported graphics/sounds, there was difficulty synching with the system. So I oftentimes I had to have the audio with me and play it through the speaker to make sure it played along with the webinar.

We have made significant improvements to the audio/video sync. We also now have event scripts which allow you to pre-program certain production elements (layout changes, polls, videos) making it easier to enable them during an event.

Easy Communication Platform But Needs Quality Improvements

Convenient for clients and internal team communications

PROS

- Don't need to download the software. Meeting can assessed online. - Can share slides and receive detailed report after eash meeting.

CONS

- The microphone of the speakers often becomes mute. Need to manually signout and reenter the meeting.

All in one webinar tool

We use it for webinars/training's etc. The tool has done a decent job and I would definitely recommend the tool to others.

PROS

Setup is quick and easy to use, intuitive UI. We can run a poll during the webinar and collect the data without any hassle.

CONS

Make sure you have an broadband for an uninterrupted audio and video communications. This is not an issue though. But just an heads-up.

It has been very satisfying and enabled us to proceed with our planning.

PROS

The possibility of providing online off-site quality training. In these Covid-19 days it is a very useful tool.

CONS

Nothing negative to say about this software. It allowed us to carry on with our training schedule in spite of the circumstances.

Very intuitive and easy to use

PROS

Works great for planned and on demand meetings. User friendly regardless of interface, works with both stationary and mobile devices

CONS

There really isn't anything I dislike about it. They have tutorials and excellent customer support and are very accessible.

Great Webinar Software

PROS

This software has allowed me to host/join webinars with ease.

CONS

I feel like there are softwares on the market that may be cheaper options in terms of price.
