NetX support is very responsive and they have a great community feedback forum. They are always looking for ways to improve their products and listen to their customers.

From the users optics it looks bad and is frustrating from their end as they just need a fast answer or resolution so they can get on with their assignments.

The workflow here at Mercy Corps has been changed significantly for the better with the introduction.

I work at a very technical level so things like an API and a non-Flash version count for me. NetX has excellent technical vision and implementation.

Attractive and easy interface for importers, consumers, and administrators; very responsive customer support; the NetX team is always eager to improve the product and stay on top of trends.

NetX is extremely powerful and extendable (integrating with other systems). The attribute (metadata) system is intuitive and easy to maintain.

What I like best about this product is the general population at NetX that create and bolster it.

This software allows me to watch lectures from graduate school online and through our Canvas course homepage. I appreciate that it allows me to determine the playback speed.

If mobile is a requirement, we've found it useful in our purposes, but personally I find the app a bit clunky and outdated in UI.

Provides great info and you can replay it many times. They have a greally great support team  to answer any questions.

Panopto is an incredibly user friendly platform that allows you to quickly and easily create high quality video content.

It has so many bells and whistles. Live broadcasting, quizzing that integrates with the LMS Gradebook, scheduled recordings, so many great video player features, the mobile app.

In these Covid days, we end up recording video from zoom meetings, and there is a weird echo in the audio that makes it difficult to understand.

Sometimes the lectures i listen to are very distorted due to bad quality. Also, the side bars are sometimes hard to navigate and the quiz sections at the end are very slow.

Ease of use, Unlimited Cloud Storage for our content, fantastic customer service and support.

The ease of use and the quality of the recordings are by far my favorite features.

I found it a bit hard/frustrating to edit if I messed up.

It is nice to have an easy to use tool with support. I find it impressive how much support I find from the Panopto team, consistently receive emails about updates, etc.

It was very good 5 years ago but now that we need online teaching we had to change to another software.

I like the file areas to the left and the center area for videos. I like that it is integrated into BB, the LMS we use.

It is can be tricky with certain web browsers such as Safari. It is not a true problem but more of an inconvenience.

There are two parts to the pros: One, the web-based solution to share your videos across the organization and, two, separate PC/Mac based software to record/capture videos.

I like that it was very easy to set up recording and save videos. It's also easy to edit videos and to share them with colleagues.

The structure is easier to navigate than others we've used. Integration is pretty straightforward.

The software is easy to implement. It interfaces seamlessly with the LMS (Learning Management System).

There are many features that I like about Panopto; ease of use is near the top of the list.

I like that I can check on recordings through a website on my desktop. I also like that the editing feature is easy to use and edits quickly.

This a great way to collaborate on any project that requires video and confidentiality.

It is easy to record, edit and share video. The integration with our VLE Canvas is very good.
