I recently used Cloudpresenter for a remote meeting and found it to be an excellent platform. It was easy to set up, user friendly and had great branding features that made our meeting look professional. I was particularly impressed by the compliments from my client regarding our brand. The video conferencing capabilities were also great and I didn't have any issues with lag time or audio quality.

There are a few features that I would like to see that aren't currently there like live call to actions and evergreen webinars but I reached out to support and they were very responsive and they have them on their roadmap.

At present, I can host 500 attendees and do so without concern if the infrastructure can support the session without being overloaded. The branding is quite helpful in establishing a consistent presence.

It had to have virtual meeting capability. I want to have people show up on camera... whether a present or audience member. Cloudpresenter handles it well. It also needed reasonably good audio (speaking as a producer, this is quite important).Ease of Use - You could essentially take a self-guided tour of the product and have few questions, as long as you have the time for trial and error. However, there are videos that touch on functionality in the Help / Support section.

Audio is compressed. It also has noise reduction applied. I would like the opportunity to deal with as 'original' audio quality as possible... especially from my end. CloudPresenter permits you to set your own audio levels, but does not permit you to eliminate noise reduction (and I'm sure for good reason), but I'm more of a media minded individual who creates audio products, and would like the flexibility to tailor the audio noise levels.

Creating meetings and webinars is so simple, for myself and my team. We use this for internal meetings and webinars and for video conferencing with clients too. I've tried several tools and this is by far the quickest, most robust and most user friendly platform i've used. Very pleased to have switched over and won't go back now!

It is so easy to use, no downloads and so much more intuitive and simpler to set up than the other alternatives. The quality of all video and audio is excellent and beats the other platforms i've used hands down.

The fact that we could upload and host presentation content and also resources and materials for participants made this a very safe and valuable tool when conducting events for audiences all over the globe. The ability to bolt-on fully customised 3D virtual environments enabled us to create truly unique events and delegate experiences that we would have had enormous difficulty achieving on any other platform.

In its early days, it was a bit heavy on bandwidth, particularly with attendees using corporate VPNs but the most recent evolution of the software is much leaner and much less of a demand on bandwidth.

This software is a refreshing change to the webinar, virtual and video conferencing tools that I've used in the past. It is easy to use, has a clear and stylish layout, is completely reliable and I now use this on a daily basis. I've run many large scale meetings using Cloudpresenter, plus I use it for all my daily virtual meetings. The flexibility across this broad type of meetings, in one product, is fantastic.

Any teething problems were easily answered using the Academy feature - and were mostly user error ;)

I have been trialing Cloudpresenter for a couple of months, as an alternative to Zoom.I have found it super easy to find my way around the platform - setting up both webinars and meetings has been a really smooth process, where I’ve saved loads of time.I was worried that other participants would struggle as so used to Zoom, but the feedback has been excellent, and the recording quality really good.I’ve reached out to support a couple of times with simple questions and they’ve got back to me promptly and been really helpful with the level of support and guidance they’ve offered.

cloudpresenter has a very nice meeting application. Why should I pay more for the same service?

I think there is no problem, but users who are used to Zoom have a little difficulty.

Having so much control at your finger tips makes planning and running an event not only straight forward but also fun. People have got used to 'doing virtual' but Cloudpresenter has taken virtual to another level.

First and foremost the intuitiveness of the product, I am not a teccy person and always a little nervous learning a new way of doing things, however, Cloudpresenter is set up extremely well. It's logical and the add ons and personalisation opportunities ensure that you can use it for straight forward meetings, interactive collaborations or run a full scale global event with 100's - 1000's of participants in a unique and fun way.

As with everything, the more you learn the easier it becomes but the help and support has been invaluable and always available.

It's an amazing platform that has everything we need presented in a modern and nicely designed interface, with great video and audio quality. It's an excellent enterprise product which we use globally across all regions for team meetings, large events and educational programmes.

Cloudpresenter is a great looking, easy to use platform packed with lots of features. It's an all in one product. Unlike other platforms it is perfectly at home being used for our daily video conferencing team meetings, large events, and global training programmes we produce with breakout rooms, polls and Q&A.

As with any software there is a little learning curve, but once you've familiarised yourself it's all very straightforward and easy to use.

Has been a great experience so far. Support was very responsive and helpful. The platform is well designed and feature rich.

With the advanced features they manage to keep the interface is refreshingly simple and intuitive.

Lack of the option to 'dial in' is the only negative I can think of.
