The fellow who came down as tech support went above and beyond with additional tips and showing workarounds to make using the app more interesting for the audience.

So, the attendee sitting in the room can watch the stream. Fortunately for us, Evenium agreed to not charge us for any viewing hours of in-person attendees who watched the stream.

Event setup - things are in weird spots for setup, not intuitive or obvious; personalizing agendas is time consuming and frustrating, not straightforward.

I had high hopes for Evenium ConnexME, and I think with some time, they'll have everything worked out.

The registration functions are great and it's easy to pull various reports on registrants. We didn't have a need to work much with the agenda feature, but it appeared to work very well.

I also appreciated that I could hire someone from the company as tech support during the event so I didn't have to worry if anything went wrong, which it didn't.

The two biggest issues we had were. A that attendees had a hard time understanding the process for accessing the event, and that once they accessed the event, they weren't able to see the stream; and.

Usage at event - great attendee communication and engagement. Clean look, good customization options.

Good functionality for event attendees to submit questions/comments and answer polls, both before an event and during an event. Fantastic customer service and relatively intuitive to use.

Loved the variety of ways the app could be used to promote audience engagement.

The people I worked with from Evenium were fairly responsive and did try to solve any problems and answer our questions.

The benefits of creating more fun and interesting ways for the audience to engage with each other and the presenters.

Sometimes it was difficult to navigate back to the full agenda. When there were multiple sessions taking place at the same time, sometimes the expanded menu was difficult to expand and collapse.

Very easy to set up polls that provided great feedback for our presenters.

It helped me navigate during the event and had the pertinent information and filters to help me get to where I need to go.

Mobile interface was easy to use and attractive; feature set was quite robust and offered useful features for various types of event scenarios.

No real cons come to mind. If anything, would have liked for an integration with our custom CRM (which no one seems to have>).

Couldn't brand completely to our styles. Cannot used offline which was difficult for those without wifi who traveled internationally.

It was suggested that the viewers' poor bandwidth was causing the drops. However, I joined as an attendee, and had at least 20 Mbps up and down, and it would drop for me as well.
