  • Pros

  • The fellow who came down as tech support went above and beyond with additional tips and showing workarounds to make using the app more interesting for the audience.
  • So, the attendee sitting in the room can watch the stream. Fortunately for us, Evenium agreed to not charge us for any viewing hours of in-person attendees who watched the stream.
  • Cons

  • Event setup - things are in weird spots for setup, not intuitive or obvious; personalizing agendas is time consuming and frustrating, not straightforward.
  • The two biggest issues we had were. A that attendees had a hard time understanding the process for accessing the event, and that once they accessed the event, they weren't able to see the stream; and.

  • My event seemed to have characteristics that limited the expression of its unique style.
  • Landing page templates that are available are limited. More options with different types of designs can be made available.
