We have had a great experience working with the eShows team from initial contracting throughout our show timeline.

The support staff is excellent and the customization needed was able to be done per our needs. I love the number of pre-populated reports and how easy it is to get custom reports we need.

The software did everything it was promised to do, our members and vendors enjoyed all of the features.

We are still learning all the various modules and how they can be implemented in our overall plan. Eshow is extremely robust and we are still exploring how we can best utilize the modules.

We love having all the data for the event in one comprehensive system, making it easy to manage all aspects of the event.

It's difficult to have a large, readable floor plan centered in the middle of the page.

What I loved most is that you can build your event by yourself or they will work hand in hand to build it with you.

The ability to keep all logistical details in one place; function sheets that are easy to read with a format familiar to convention center and hotel staff (BEOs); ability to create custom reports.

No how-to manual is the most frustrating thing.

I also appreciate that information is readily available on the exhibit dashboard (number of pending, number of assigned, balance due, refunds due, and cancellations) as well as the sales graph.

The reporting is robust and customizable, the dashboard is easy to read, support is very helpful.

I love so much about it. The customer service is probably the number 1 thing, though.

The software truly did it all, it was just difficult to navigate your way there. It manages both attendees as well as vendor registrations which was nice.

Meetings module is not intuitive to use and very repetitive in function that makes doing things very slow and a lot of clicks.

Great customer service, on-site support and functionality. This served as the all-in-one package for our event management.

IT also includes any kind of report you can think of which makes it extremely easy for the administrator of the team.

There are no automatic emails except for when the submitter receives a confirmation of final submission.

They are willing to dig in and figure out what works best for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event management provider.

The customer service was fantastic - everyone was very responsive and helpful. In comparison to other platforms it seems comparable but for a more affordable price.

There is no room for growth within this software, nor is there any form of leadership and poor management.

Gamification is weak, the Meeting Module is cludgy and not well designed.

Though I learned how to use it well, it can be a little intimidating.

This software has everything you need to deploy a successful call for papers tool for a large conference. From a user experience perspective it is very easy to navigate and submit your abstract.

The dashboard is awful and not intuitive at all. Their team does not seem to mind that the interface is not user friendly.

I love how helpful the Socio event tech are. They are awesome a very high-level customer service.

I searched high and low for a virtual event platform that would easily integrate into our conferences at a reasonable cost. I'm so glad I went with socio.

Statistics are poor (they're currently working on that).

The chat feature is amazing. I get answers to my questions within minutes.

The aesthetics were simple and pleasant. I appreciated that is was easy to read both by destop and handheld device.

They are quick to respond with user friendly terminology. The platform can be adjusted to highlight what is important to your attendees so you get what YOU want not what the company says you need.

You also get access to training videos and amazing webinars monthly. They are always coming out with new features for the software, and send emails out showing you how to integrate and use them.

The support team feels like an extension of my own team, where they are as invested in the query as I am.

They are thorough, flexible and are willing to work within my budget.

I particularly appreciated the Streamyard integration, while the gamification process was a massive hit with attendees. RTMP integration was also a great value add.

We were very pleased with Socio and had a successful conference largely in part to this platform.

The gamification feature was also a huge hit that pleased our top sponsors and our attendees. What more can you ask for.

I was also disappointed that they don't support live captioning for their new conference video solution.

The software worked exactly as described, everything was easily integrated to run smoothly and effortlessly during the event.

It was super intuitive to make changes, and the ability to create hidden tracks that are only visible to certain types of attendees was amazing for test runs leading up to the day of the events.

It's missing some features that I have seen in other platforms. There really weren't any analytics for Exhibitors or Sponsors (profile views, document views, other clicks).

Loved the Socio platform and the ease of use, instant updates, and amazing customer support when I ran into challenges.

As a company we continue to look at other products, but have not yet found one worth shifting to. The support team is excellent and adds great value to my experience.

The absence of an affordable registration system. In addition, the lack of access reports to the different areas until the event is over.

Web interface for designing event is easy to use. Pleasing, clean, and intuitive end user experience.

They were very helpful and had great suggestions regarding how to get the most out of the app.

For the cost compared to competitors teamed with their AMAZING tech support, you absolutely can't go wrong with Socio.

The set-up was also not the most user-friendly. There was no way to preview the web client look, only the app, and most of our users did not use the actual app.

The integration of the wonder.me rooms for networking was a great tool for breakout (and the ability to have a breakout within a breakout.

They were really impressed with the quality of the interface and with the ease of being able to interact with our moderators and presenters.

I have had a great experience with the software and those who assist with it. Very easy to operate and user friendly.
