Myonvent is perfect to support virtual events in a trustworthy, qualitatively high manner.

From our point of view, no features were missing. I recommend setting up your event as early as possible with myonvent. This is something we didn't do unfortunately, so that we had two event pages. Next time, this will be different.

A good option for the platform for networking and hosting online events.It was working quite fast.The feature to find a person for the discussion based on interests is cool, but sad that not all the participants filled the gaps for it.

I really enjoyed the virtual event platform hosted by myOnvent. I had not seen such a meticulously organised event, where adding content was a pleasure in terms of the innovative preview it offered to all the content uploaded. I would recommend all remote events to try and see the advantage that comes with using myOnvent.

The software makes event planning, management, analytics and networking extremely intuitive and akin to a real, physical event, if not better. It is very easy to navigate through. Corporates will benefit by including this software in their suite of products as remote work is on the rise and such events will fortify teams and create the needed team spirit.

Registration was a bit complex for average users and thereafter searching for the right booth to vote. Many people could not navigate or found the time it took too much to cast their vote. Perhaps intuitively, registering the user post a social media or gmail login to take them straight to the booth they use the link to, without the need to go to their email to verify, fill in more information or reuse the link would help in increasing the popularity of the product.

In general, working with the platform was very enjoyable and easy. Making virtual events is important to have such a reliable platform and team, and Onvent delivered it!

The fantastic support team, fast response, quick to act, and communication were the best I have seen in the industry. We got all the information and more, and always felt like the team cared about the success of our event. Easy to use for organizers and attendees, also it is nice to look at! A lot of features and possibilities are provided in the platform to make networking, exhibition, and presentation enjoyable for all. And next to it there were no hidden costs. In general, it was the best value for money offer we got. During the event and after you also get very detailed data and statistics on participation in all presentations, exhibition booths, and overall event.

I would love to have integration with StreamYard. But it's not critical as now I have found a way to use both StreamYard and myOnvent at my events.

I love how all their products work together. It works on any device, on any platform. You and your guests don’t have to download any software or plugins. It support most major video streaming service.

Very satisfying.

I could not attend the conference physically due to lack of time. But I was satisfied that this year it was a hybrid event, so I could get all the material online. Also review the videos and presentations, download slides even now, after the conference has ended. It saved me a lot of time and stress because of the possibility for a flight cancelation and other travel related costs!

I thought that there would only be video presentations on the day of the conference, I did not expect to spend more time exploring the possibilities of the event itself. But I managed to understand how to navigate around the event and find not only the materials for the presentations, but also to communicate with colleagues from other countries.

I think in the future the events will be at least hybrid, online and physical. It is like having a business and not having a website.

- fast. I hate it when I have to wait for a page to respond - UI. Easy to use, everything is where it should be. - tons of functionality. I was looking on some Exhibitor page and I saw an in-page reminder that the auditorium I wanted to attend starts in 5 minutes :) - live wall / live chat. It is like a "mini Twitter / FB" built into the platform - contacts list, networking, a good place to find new people with exactly the same interests as you

I can't think of anything that really bothered me.

What did I like? First, there are many and various means of presenting information: announcements, poster/study stands, chats in interest groups. Second, a well-thought-out communication system with both event organizers and participants. And, finally, the ingenious design of the platform adapted to the specifics of the event. Beautiful and perfectly functional - that's how I would describe the platform in one sentence.

A digital platform that brings people together and that makes event participants feel like they would actually attend a fair or ceremony. This was not just super importat during the Corona lockdown, but it will be in the future. It shows that online events can be equally impactful than a live event.

In regards to casting a vote for the Global Talent Week booths, it would have been great if family, friends and colleagues wouldn´t necessarily register as participants but could have the option to vote as a guest. That would have increased the willingness to support.

My overall experience with myOnvent is very good it provide the oppertunities to connect with different people all around the world, I can learn about differnet cultures .

The platform has so much functionality that I don't want to go to an offline event again. If I had to describe myOnvent in a few words, it would be "better than Google Meet and more than Zoom." This platform made it very easy for us to pivot from our physical events to online events without any inconvenience and also managed to help us deal with the cost of hosting such events.

This platform was easy to use and provided a great user experience, especially for the organizer. It offers various options to customize your event. Although the feature I liked the most was the statistics part, where the organizer can see lots of real-time data about each event timeslot. I enjoyed using this platform, and I plan to use this for my future events.

From what I've experienced with myOnvent I did not find any kind of downsides but a feature I would like this platform to offer would be the ability to send pictures in the live chat.

It took some to find out about the product. It would be great if more people knew about it.

We've been using the platform for handling both in-house company events, online team buildings, as well as external tech meetups our company is conducting. The key features for us were the ability to have a couple of simultaneous tracks for our events, breakout sessions, a guest management system, and customization opportunities.

There are no actual cons found by me and my team. The only thing, I would say possible opportunity, is designing some kind of pre-organized flow for conducting some team builds events ( for example games, or some tasks the team could work on together). But that may sound more like my personal desire)

Being a bit sceptical about online events at first, I was impressed after one of the conferences, that took place on myOnvent. The design of the lobby, auditorium and exhibit hall are simply beautiful and interactive, somewhat reminding me of a computer game. You can easily navigate to different areas, watch presentations, and access information about exhibitors. You can also contact other attendees on private chat, which is easier than in the physical conferences (being an introvert this was a big advantage :) ).

I truly can't think of something I didn't like

This is even better than a real-life event. So many options to choose from, and an online record for future reference also. Very intuitive, and a super helpful support team if I have any questions.

There are many features on the platform, and this initially made it a little confusing to work around, but to be honest that was quickly resolved as I spent more time on the platform.
