- It has a very well documented and powerful API so you can automate repetitive tasks. They generally respond well to user feature requests on their portal.
- With excellent ease-of-use and brilliant documentation, support and knowledge bases to match. There's no one else like it in the market.

- You are charged for disabled instances, you would think charges would only be for instances that are actually in use.
- We faced few issues on email services. The service currently does not support email services thefore there is a need to connect the product with external services.
Pros
- VirtualBox is easily the best virtualization system for desktop usage. Performance and reliability are at very good level and there are a lot of features to make the everyday work very easy.
- You really can't beat the cost. It's easy to use and offers a lot of functionality such as seamless integration with the host OS.
Cons
- My biggest problem was my Windows VM stopping periodically for no particular reason. This was highly frustrating since I'd be doing some high leverage task and was unable to save my work.
- Sometimes, when you have an error, Virtualbox is not so specific about the error so it's so hard to find the solution.
