Overall, I have found VMware Fusion to be an excellent tool for managing virtual machines. It is easy to use and has a wide variety of features that make it an ideal tool for sysadmins. Additionally, it help us to save time and money by consolidating your hardware resources and allow us you to run multiple operating systems on a single computer.

I'm using Fusion every day and I started using it in the early version. During this years the software become more and more efficient and easy to use. Through it I can combine Windows with macOS in a very efficient way. If I need to change something is enough to shutdown the virtual machine, make changes, and restart it

I use a Mac in a company dominated from Windows, so I must use it and with Fusion I can combine macOS and Windows Easily. With fusion I can move files from the virtual machine to the Mac desktop and viceversa simply dragging them. This is a fantastic thing!

The management of 4K display could be more refined. In some cases it is not so usable and I must disable the 4K feature.

I have been utilising Fusion for labs and it's been a great experience. VMware have always produced some solid software and Fusion 12 is no exception.

The quality is the big sell for me. My guest machine is running really well under Fusion on Big Sur whereas I'd had problems with it using another type 2 hypervisor on macOS. The limits are really generous in version 12 and you can utilise up to 32 CPUs and 128GB of RAM. By anyone's standards that is plenty for some reasonably complex lab setups.

I have hit a small issue with a linux guest that had the VMware tools removed. Every boot up it throws an error and the fix doesn't work (a vmx edit for a setting that's not present). I was a fan of the older VM Tools that they shipped with their products, the para-virtualisation drivers always worked well for me.

I have fantastic experience with fusion and I have been using from 2years on my MacBook Air and completely satisfied.

We can operate Mac OS and windows OS simultaneously without facing any difficulty.

I don't feel anything for dislike and it is very hard to dislike.

Overall so far it has been working well for what we need it to do.

It is easy to set up a PC viewing from a Mac computer. My computer is a Mac and we needed a PC to run software for our security Cameras. This was a fix so that we can have it work on my Mac. Works great for what we need it to do.

Have to open a separate software to run another software but It's way better than having two computers side by side.

La prise en main et la découverte de ce logiciel s'est passé naturellement et sans poser le moindre problème. J'ai pu très simplement faire tout ce que j'avais besoin de faire avec. Le partage de données entre la machine hôte MacOS et les machines virtuelles Windows fonctionne parfaitement. Au quotidien, on a l'impression que les logiciels Windows sont des logiciels MacOS…

J'aime la facilité et la richesse de paramétrage des machines virtuelle, notamment la possibilité d'augmenter la taille du disque dédié.

Existe mucho software que solo esta desarrollado para ambientes de windows o Linux, pero esta es una solución inmejorable que incluso aporta soluciones extra a nuestras necesidades.

Estabilidad garantizada, la integración con el sistema operativo presente es inmejorable, la capacidad de emular al 100% el sistema operativo incluyendo funciones y protocolos avanzados. Poder decidir cuantos recursos asignaras a la maquina virtual y ajustarlos depués me parece muy atinado.

No es muy apta para equipos con pocos recursos.

VMware Fusion è un software molto versatile, che permette di virtualizzare tutti i sistemi operativi su qualsiasi piattaforma (Windows, MacOS, Linux). Uno dei vantaggi principale è quello di avere un menù di configurazione e personalizzazione della macchina molto completo. In più è facile installare i driver per l'ottimizzazione della macchina virtuale.

L'unico difetto di VMware Fusion sta nel fatto che il software non sempre è ottimizzato, infatti anche se si utilizzano macchine molto prestanti il software alcune volte tende a bloccarsi e si è costretti a riavviare il programma.

I have experienced an issue dragging files between the different partitions/Operating systems. It is not as fluid of a process as it should be.

All the features are great, there's no cons in VMWare Fusion.

Very positive, I use it to perform tests for work everyday and it's been a dream.

It's so easy to use on a daily basis. Even complete newbies can learn how to use it in minutes and start playing around with their virtual environments.

So far, so good! I haven't had any situation where it failed me. I should point out however that I'm not using it for any extremely demanding tasks.

This software works great with my Mac and it allows me to run windows inside of my Mac. The set up was easy and it has been working really well.

More GPU enhancements would be awesome but it is great for what it does.
