Envoy is a cloud-based visitor management and registration solution that serves small and medium businesses across various industries. It is compatible with iPads running iOS 8 or later versions.

Love Envoy! So easy and kind of fun.

When people drop by the office for a meeting or whatever they just sign in and poof! We get alerted straight to Slack and voila!

Super Easy to Use

Pros

Envoy is super easy to use when you want to check guests in. There is in a place to sign in people in bulk.

Cons

I haven't used it in really complicated manners, so I'm not sure how it would work in that setting.

A mile ahead of anything else in the space

Pros

I was blown away by how easy Envoy was to set up and start using (literally minutes), and it worked fantastically even though we were probably only using 10% of the features we had available to us. It hits the mark both on ease of use and comprehensive options, which is pretty rare in B2B software.

Cons

There's really not much I can mention for dislikes; Envoy does everything well. It's a bit pricy, but there's nothing else on the market even close so I'm happy they haven't raised their prices even higher.

Great for interviews

Pros

Ease of use and integrations with Slack. Great to get an auto notification on Slack when a candidate arrives. NDA is a part of the sign in process which takes out an additional step for me.

Cons

Some times its a bit slow and laggy but not too often.

Pros

I honestly love Envoy! It is so easy to use and makes notifying the host of the visitor very easy. It is also very user friendly for whoever is using it and entering in information.

Cons

I really can't think of anything negative about this software. I wish more companies used it and I can see the moving towards it.

Pretty Impressive for our visitors

Envoy adds an amazing WoW factor for your visitors. Suggest it to your office and you'll never look back to pen&paper registration mode ever again.

Pros

All my visitors are very impressed, especially those first time visitors in the office. They are presented with an easy to use Visitor registration app via an iPad, and just a few clicks, they're done.

Notifications --- I love being notified ahead of time before my visitors show up at the office door. I get an sms about my visitor, an email (with photo!), as well as via Slack. So I never really miss out whenever I do have a visitor.

Invites --- another feature that is impressive is whenever I setup a big meeting with external project team members, I send them an invite (by bulk) using envoy, and they get an email+calendar invite, and their registration upon arrival at our receptionist is very much well facilitated.

Cons

Nothing really, I love everything about it as a user.

Excellent Visitor Management

Pros

User friendly interface, easy to use, which is great for guest users as they fill out their details on the device, efficient at tracking visitors.

Cons

The free trial is very limited when you compare it to the premium features and capabilities of this software. However, it still serves as a good introduction if you wish to try it out.

A Visitor Management Software that Excels on What it is Designed to Do

The pre-registration feature of the app lets us sign up visitors remotely and send customs e-mails on their scheduled visit. This solves heavy workflow and procrastinating on the day of the visit itself.

Pros

The software is convenient and user friendly in terms of the sign up system and document signing feature. The whole process is quick and hassle-free which gives the impression of an efficient, well-made software.

Cons

No issues encountered at the moment, some lags that we experience are mostly on our devices.

Easy setup

I had a positive experience on all fronts it was easy to setup and use for me and others.

Pros

I used envoy at a previous job both to enter the campus as well as to bring other people on campus. It was easy to setup, and easy to use. It made the process of both entering the campus and bringing others on very straightforward.

Cons

There really wasn't anything that I had trouble with on Envoy.

Envoy has eased visitor management a lot

Pros

Envoy is easy to use, and is very flexible. We have a small campus with three entrances/exits, and we've been able to configure Envoy to work well across all three entry and exit points. The data we capture has really allowed us to improve our policies and workflows, and the email/SMS notification in real time has improved the experience tremendously for both visitors and hosts.

Cons

It's cloud-based so on a few, rare times infra issues (on our part) have brought the service down; also, you will have to invest in an iPad for each entry/exit point.

Pros

I used this a few years ago and it is a very powerful tool to track visitors and even any packages that you might be expecting to be delivered.
The application is again very simple and easy to install

easy to use

I am an executive admin and I use this tool to communicate with our front desk receptionist on incoming deliveries and outside guests to meet with executives. I love how it notifies me when my guest has arrived and it saves us a lot of time getting them registered as a visitor.

Pros

Very easy to use and it helps keep me organized for sure!

Most easy to use of all I tested

We had no real procedure for on-site visitors if an incident arose such as an evacuation, now we know exactly who is on site.

Pros

Very quick and easy to set-up. Good customisation options including Welcome screen, Signed-in screen, logo and i could also add remove questions. I receive an email when a visitor arrives and also a text message using the optional passport app!

Cons

Only works with i-pad which meant we had to buy one.

Five star with a 1.2.3 simplicity

We have been old school - guest book at the lobby. This will now make it more confidential and not expose who has been in the office, notification to host goes out automatically, have data to reference to as needed. Very clean and professional - love it!

Pros

Extremely efficient and easy to use/set up. Not to mention how knowledgeable, professional and easy going representatives are. Really embrace customers and provide what is being lost "True Customer Service!"

It's okay as long as you don't have any issues

Pros

We've been using this app for about a year and then our ipad has been stolen. I liked that we had an opportunity to keep track of our visitors.

Cons

I don't think it's been used very often. We get a lot of deliveries in the office and the couriers usually are in rush and they don't have time to indicate their full name, email, and company in order get in. So most of the time they just knocked on the door instead of using our Envoy App
