The KeepnTrack sign-in feature can operate without user oversight. Visitors scan an ID, such as a driver's license, their information is recorded and a name badge is automatically printed for them. Information can also be entered manually.
KeepnTrack runs background checks using the information collected and staff can be alerted via email or text message if the check reveals a criminal record. Users can access visitor sign-in and sign-out records, set user permissions, create lists of pre-approved visitors and monitor visitor activity from a web-enabled device.
