The tool is easy to setup and manage all business calls from one place, I like the versatile integrations with other tools and equipment which provides a good communication solution, works well with available handset for making calls

You need to hire a programmer to code the communication solution and rely on their API which is so costly

I use Africa's talking voice application to send messages to participants, i like the application's ability to send bulky messages to different people within a short time, it's so easy to use with a good interface
