The very best Cloud PBX

This PBX make possible to us to give to customers the best resource they need on a PBX, we have companies which are geographically distributed and can use MPLS or Internet Connections even 4G connection to be able to talk if their team mates or customers, and you have the best support team at your services.

PROS

HoudPBX is a white label CloudPBX, build and born on the cloud, the system is completely flexible about growing, we have implementations with 80 extensions, 1200 extensions, 2000 extensions and so on, we choose to use HoduPBX because we trust on there engine and mainly on their Support Team, every time we need anything, they are there to help us, and this make our relationship not only for business but for trust. HoduPBX have all mainly features that you expect on Top of Line PBX, you have a very good price, for a software what can do what you will need a lot of money to do with other suppliers.

CONS

No complaints about this software, its amazing.

Have the possibility to troubleshooting from inside, understand what the system does, and have a good support, they was amazing since the very first moment.

we used to build our own solution, but this was a lot of work outside of our core business, so we start looking for a solution which have all our needs and which allow as to grow as needed, HoduPBX was the solution choose.

Very cost effective product without feature sacrafice

We have had nothing but a great experience with HoduSoft and I have recommended them to several colleagues.

Inexpensive call center solution with premium features

We have been using hodu from last 3 years and so far experience is good

Their system is already set up so it's easy to use. There are few features you get on a pricing which are very expensive with competition

CONS

Modification/customisation is little expensive and cumbersome. That needs more streamlining.

3+ years, Almost 200 active customers.

Tenant based, Web GUI, Low spec requirements Admin panel very detailed. Tenant and extension logins very useful. entension login can be seen very detailed, IP, port, device.

CONS

So many modules has in it related with Costs and Billing. We are not using them.

HoduPBX is amazing, moreover the Hodusoft entire team is very helpful and supportive.

The software has all the features which are needed for a big enterprise or specially an Internet Service Provider. The Hodusoft Presales and support team is excellent. I have never come across such a dynamic team.
