Love Reachify - Replaced AT&T in 6 locations
Great customer service, the support team is great. We liked it so much we have replaced att in 6 of our locations and will be doing the same in another 2 this year.
PROSThe phone tree system - easy to use and set up. Very customizable and the option to send your customer info or a link to a website is a game changer with automation. Saves my staff dozens of calls a day on busy days. Pushes customers to order online which they end up liking better anyway and as a HUGE bonus it stops 99% of robo telemarketers. Who doesn't love that? It also saved me THOUSANDS of $$ over AT&T per year across all the locations we use it at.
CONSIf you have a hidden menu option - say you have a press 7 to get through your phone tree that isn't listed in the menu but your staff uses it to bypass the menu even if your closed - you lose that hidden option every time you change the menu online. You have to email their support team to add it back in. This is a specific thing to me and they are QUICK to get it added in but it's frustrating and always makes me think before I make changes to the tree.

Helps missed calls
I like that someone can leave a message and use the menu tree when calling. I like that it avoids using Verizon and such. I like that people can text us.
CONSNo mobile app. No text alerts if someone left a message. Must rely on looking at an email to see if someone left a message or text. Website sometimes acts strange.

Offered better price and seemed to be a simple website.

Great Technology & Better Customer Service!
Reachify helped us to eliminate the issue of our phones constantly ringing without enough staff to give dedicated attention to customers who were calling. Rather than lose those customers, we now mostly convert them into a much more efficient online ordering portal. We have also been very happy with the support team at Reachify over the years!
CONSI can't really say there is much we do not like about Reachify.

I ultimately chose Reachify initially for the value they seemed to offer for the technology they provide.

Greatly reduces call in orders during peak times of the day.
The customer service team is outstanding. They have been very patient with me and my requests on the menu set up until I was completely satisfied.
PROSThe greatest challenge we have during our busiest times of the day is the long lines at the register that are continually interrupted by call-in phone orders. Using Reachify's service, we have provided for a solution that call in orders or other reasons for customers to call the cafe can be handled by a text response to the caller. The caller selects the reason for their call through a menu option. Their selection will result in a text answer or a rerouting to the place they are trying to call (IE: third-party delivery providers). This has reduced in cafe complaints from customers waiting in line and being frustrated by callers getting their orders in prior to themselves who are physically waiting in line.
CONSNot being able to program the menus directly. When a change takes place per my request it has to go through Reachify and then it goes live without the ability to test or read through the verbiage first. It does require monitoring once activated and with several cafes using it, it's not a desirable use of my time.

Keeps my team members off the phone and tending to guests!
Reachify works wonderfully to keep our restaurant team members off the phone and engaged with guests in the restaurant. Autonomous administration features need to be improved upon.
PROSWe implemented the Reachify service as a solution to keep our restaurant team members off the phone and focused on tending to guests in the stores. It works extremely well in this capacity!
CONSThe administrative dashboard lacks navigational clarity and standard features to support autonomous management of the service. Creating new or changing existing call tree information needs to be manually submitted to customer service. As does, adding/removing additional users and the ability to delegate permissions.

Fair price, amazing customer service
Fair price, good customer service and is currently working for everything that I need.
PROSFirst of all customer service always being amazing whenever I needed. Secondly having the tool that redirects calls to give more instructions for customers save us a lot of time.

Reachify Rules
Very happy overall with Reachify. Easy to use, customer and staff friendly.
PROSReachify allows us to handle a high volume of calls efficiently, ensuring customers are taken care of without clogging up our lines.
CONSIf anything needs updating I would love to see more detailed controls on the dashboard.

Save countless hours but having simple questions for online orders.
Ease of use. Good value. I use this service for both of my stores. I like how I can text the user directions to the store and online order link

Solves my phone problems
We have 2 business and the software works great to filter out calls. Gets our customers to our website to order with out us having to stop what we are doing to take a call about simple questions customers might have.

Our Reachify Experience
It eases the time our employees have to spend answering the phones and pushes customers to our online ordering
PROSI like the customer service and all the employees that helped set up were very friendly and helpful
CONSI was sold on an option to see the callers who order and times to be able to send out specials to specific customers who call at certain times only to find out that is an option that is being worked on and not really available

Awesome!
Reachify is a great company with great software. It is exactly what I needed for my busy Hair Salon. My customers adjusted to it easily; this is a perfect solution to keeping track of appointments and clientele without needing to stop working to answer the telephone!
PROSThe product is easy to setup, acess and user friendly for someone like me who is not tech savvy!
CONSThere are a few bugs to work out, such as the voicemail feature, which can a bit slow to access but in time I got it!
