it's very easy to use, it permits to create and manage board meeting also for people who are not so able to use internet and technologic devices.

It has to improve the quality and type of document you can use and upload.

We use Sherpany to share documents with the administrators of the company and to inform them about the agenda of the next meeting and the attached documents related to it. It reduces the number of emails and centralize all relevant documents in a place.

The functionnalities that are available for organizing meetings. It is very easy to create a new agenda or to copy an old one. The documents can be attached to selected points of a meeting or saved in the common library as wanted. The new functionnality allowing to indicate if the agenda is not yet confirmed or approuved is really useful. The fact that we can access to the plateform from a cumputer or a tablet is convenient.

The field to notify the attendees is not really useful as the text is written in a line. The fact that there is no field to attach the meeting minutes to the meeting (or only by adding a point to the agenda). The notes added to a specific point of the agenda aren't displayed in the generated PDF. The notification from Sherpany of maintenance of the products.

It is a SAAS tool, with all its advantages. User support is very reactive, application maintenance are communicated and well done. The product innovation/evolution's pages are well done.

We don't have a real efficient admin console with several reports and KPIs on the use of the different functions of the tool (the current admin console with Members, reports and invoices is existing but is very poor).

This solution helps me to prepare the meetings efficiently and to distribute the documents to the members at any time. It allows for a structured meeting and then for the simple creation of minutes.

Easy to use. The handling is very sel explainatory, easy to figure out alone without any help from support.

That you cannot give a user different rights for different groups. Meaning the person should be editor in one group, but only a member in another. Also you cannot add lunch as an agenda item without a number. so the agenda doesnt add a lunch of e.g. 30 mins...

L'équipe support est remarquable, disponible et à l'écoute. L'outils évolue sans cesse pour s'adapter aux changements et s'améliorer pour satisfaire ses utilisateurs. L'outils offre un panel de fonctionnalités important. Le design est très agréable et facile d'utilisation.

L'outils peut parfois nécessiter un temps d'adaptation pour ceux qui aiment encore utiliser des supports papiers. Sherpany offre un nombre important de fonctionnalités, malheureusement certaines sont parfois inutilisées car incompatibles avec le formalisme juridique requis.

Asga nutzt Sherpany bereits seit 2015. Das Sitzungsmanagement wird deutlich erleichtert und beschleunigt. Auf die Unterlagen kann jederzeit und überall zugegriffen werden und das mit der Garantie, dass die Daten sicher sind. Zudem wird Sherpany laufend optimiert und die Kundenbedürfnisse / Feedbacks umgesetzt. Der Support ist jederzeit gewährleistet; das Team ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich in meiner Funktion als Assistentin VR / CEO kann Sherpany vorbehaltslos weiterempfehlen.

Ich kann keine Nachteile nennen. Verbesserungsvorschläge werden gerne entgegen genommen und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden umgesetzt.

Systematik für Sitzungsadministratoren teilweise unübersichtlich

Das Aufsetzen eines Meetings geht schnell und unkompliziert. Inklusive der setzen der Agenda und die jeweiligen Zeitbudgets pro Agendapunkt, sowie die passende Kurzbeschreibung und das passende Dokument hochladen. Dies alles kann im Entwurfmodus getan werden, bis alles finalisiert und durch eine Email die Meeting-Teilnehmer informiert werden. Auch die Meeting-Einladung kann aus Sherpany direkt generiert und verschickt werden.

Die Einwahl-Details (MS Teams) können nicht direkt im Sherpany generiert werden. Es braucht also eine separate Outlook/MS Teams Einladung an die Teilnehmer.

Die Applikation ist sehr benutzerfreundlich. Schon nach kurzer Zeit findet man sich gut zurecht. Das Support Team ist top, sehr professionell und schnell.

Die Bibliothek finde ich fantastisch für die Bereitstellung von vertraulichen Dokumenten.

Korrektur- / Kommentarfunktion in Dokumenten / Protokollen ist nicht optimal. Rechtschreibkontrolle für Protokolle fehlt.

Da ich in verschiedenen Gremien für die Sitzungsorganisation zuständig bin, erleichert mir die Software, den Überblick über die bis zu 60 Sitzungen pro Jahr nicht zu verlieren.

E-Mail Flut bei Abstimmungen, dies wurde aber in der Zwischenzeit behoben. Noch besser wäre es, wenn man dies als Administrator selber parametrisieren könnte.
