"I liked that it offers a full set of collaboration tools in one place, including messaging, file sharing, and meeting scheduling, which makes teamwork more organized."

"Participants are able to collaborate using the whiteboard, and can communicate through the chat feature as well as through the mic only or with the mic and video. "

"What I least like about WebEx is when you have an invite code for a training session but it tells me that it is not an active code when I had just received that code."
