Overall I have liked this software program so far- I am big on Customer Service and this would be a  great way for us to better understand and serve our Customers.

Adobe has been known for catering to the creative community and continues to do so but incorporating data visual storytelling into the mix.

You can access to all of the reports, visualizations and integrations. I have used different top web analytics tools and I think that Adobe is the best analytics program of all.

It has helped our site learn more about our audience, and it reveals potential editorial ideas as well as popular evergreen content.

Adobe Analytics is one very professional program that is important and useful for work in any company. It has a nice interface and it is very easy for navigation.

A comprehensive tool for information investigation.

The cost is really the worst thing about the software. It is really expensive and if you don't take the time and effort to really learn the program, you're wasting your money.

This delay is very annoying. No search capability of its own exist in this tool.

The presentation is fantastic and easy to understand, and there are incredible customization options.

The analysts who go from Google Analytics to Adobe Analytics say that Adobe is very confused and therefore have difficulty.

The lack of familiar out of the box metrics to use in the workspaces was a pain, we had to create endless metrics, dimensions and segments to even get close to what we could see in Google Analytics.

It takes a long time just to set up the dashboards you want to see, let alone analyze them.

The program is no intuitive, so while there are tons of features, it's hard to understand how to use them all. There are some basic trainings through Adobe, but outside of that options are limited.

Adobe Analytics is a powerful analytics tool - providing immensely powerful segmentation, flow analysis and other features that are great to dive into.

It can be difficult to implement. Unlike Google Analytics, there are very few out-of-the-box integrations with Adobe Analytics.

The fact that this infrastructure is not understood is one of the biggest reasons for technical installation and analysis errors.

The lack of integration makes it difficult for smaller businesses to clear the fence. This may be more suitable for larger businesses.

Great tool for our teams and easy for them to understand their property reviews. We use the ChatExec feature as well and love it.

It's great having the dashboard to login to for quick and easy review monitoring and online directory access.

My company uses it as a tool of negative reinforcement.

This can be confusing and time consuming to figure out that they are not new as they may seem but previously responded reviews.

I  check the site almost daily and enjoy reading the wonderful positive reviews. If there are negative reviews it provides us the ability to respond quickly and address the concern.

The drop down to pick dates and times could be laid out better. Having to click on the drop down arrow to hide the window is annoying.

The service from the account management team has always been very great, quick and attentive to our requirements.

I love that customers can reach out and leave honest and helpful feedback and responding is easy.

Overall experience with the platform is great, very user friendly and the quality of the data is on point. Even better experience is with our account team.

We also find it frustrating when we are able to identify when the visit took place and the data we review don't match what we discover on our end.

The ability to check reviews, schedule posts, and compare your growth to the competition all in one site is extremely helpful.

I love the ease of use, customization, insights and data analysis and all-in-one nature of the Chatmeter platform.

It has been a pleasure to work with Chatmeter. I could not ask for a better response from their support staff.

Chatmeter was not able to help us with issues regarding Facebook spam policies. We had to go and research it ourselves.

Had a survey  earlier this week that claimed the service was horrible but they left the server a 25% tip. Why would they tip 25% if the service was horrible.

Our customer success representative is really great and goes above and beyond to help us where she can. She responds very quickly and escalated our issues.

The customer service is amazing, and the product offerings are continuously getting better and broader.

It definitely saved our time, money and efforts from buying many different tools or SaaS for the very same purpose.

It's been good -- it has saved me time when responding to reviews.

Positive, I have worked with all very prompt and kind, helpful people throughout the experience.

I can't say that I have anything negative about this software.
