Customer's Canvass does not function w/o considerable dev time, they lie, and extort you for $
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] showed us an admin panel when we vetted Customer's Canvass. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] gave us access to test in an admin panel when we tested Customer's Canvass. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] let us train with an admin panel in Customer's Canvass. We paid $4800 for the platform, and $1999 a year after that for support. When we went to install Customer's Canvass, they said the admin panel was not available to use. It's a demo and it would require many hours for our team to develop from scratch a new admin panel. AFTER they took our money. The product is unusable without an admin environment. Then, a year later, when we were still working on the admin panel, they said we needed to pay for a support contract. Standard. We let it lapse, explaining we didn't yet have a usable product and six months later (after COVID) tried to pick it back up. They cancelled our contract and said we needed to buy everything upfront, again. Let me be clear, we offered to pay the full amount agreed AND renew for two more years at their advertised rates, but they wanted to hold firm and make us pay 50% more. 'Take it or leave it,' was their Business Development Manager's response. Do not do business with this company.
Product looked like the best in the market, but it became apparent quickly the company has huge flaws
Customer's Canvass does not have an admin panel to actually administer the product. Customer's Canvass' sales team will show you one, let you use one in testing, then when you buy it, the panel is miraculously not available. We paid $4800 for the first year, then $1999 for each year after that. If you let your support contract lapse—because you are not using the product while you build the panel that you trained on—they will start the entire contract over again, not acknowledging your payment or past history and make you pay again to use the product. Not a late fee, not just for the support contract, FOR THE ENTIRE PLATFORM AGAIN.
