BlueJeans will impress you
This software, or tool, has been one of the best that I have used regarding working from home or having presentations online. However, as it is not the most popular app out there and it does not come pre - installed on devices that are most commonly used, it has that barrier that people need to step over in order to be able to unlock its full potential.
PROSBlueJeans is one of the tools that I have used over time for webinars, online communication, private and business chats and discussions. It has served its purpose very well, and has always been a stable, safe and secure way of doing things. The simplicity of the app is what makes it very usable and good as it does not take too much time to set up and start, and yet makes you look professional.
CONSThe fact that it is not so much popular, and that you need to explain to your friends or business partners what it is and how it works before you can actually connect with them. If it is used for a business meeting, the majority of people in your meeting will have to set it up beforehand as they have never used it before.

Bluejeans offers great audio and video quality in a Web Conferencing environment
Bluejeans is a solid web conferencing product which offers excellent audio and video quality. Once they work through the issues with performance in the software, it will be far superior to others in the marketplace.
PROSBluejeans has a very easy interface to use as well as superior dolby sound in comparison to other products.
CONSThe client software has a heavy interface which takes quite a bit of time to install. It alsodoes not run as fast as competitors such as Zoom or Cisco Webex.

Blue Jeans is great
Overall experience with Blue Jeans is excellent. The platform never failed no one in the company and is very user friendly.
PROSI like the fact that you can assign users different levels of action. It is very good when you have Town Halls or big Events
CONSYou can not upload a power point like you can do with a video and also for the moderator you do not have a preview screen, like to add something in the queue.

Great during COVID
Overall bluejeans has been a great asset to have during these covid times.
PROSI love how easy it is to use bluejeans. my company uses this for our corporate calls with clients and it has been so reliable. We used to use WebEx but realized that with everyone teleconferencing it was crashing a lot. Blue Jeans has been way better.
CONSI don't like that the call in information is always the same. If you have calls back to back and one runs over or people join early, you will be joining the wrong call.

great tool but poor French translation of the buttons
Except these points that gives a poor image of your consideration for French users, Blue jeans is a very nice tool.

CONSThe translation in French is very poor and sometimes wrong : confusion between the equipment loudspeaker ("haut-parleur" in French) and the person who is speaking (use "intervenant" or "orateur" in French). the button to activate / deactivate the webcam makes a confusion : your translation "couper le son de la video" means "deactivate sound of the video" ! rather translate : "désactiver la vidéo" or "désactiver la webcam" the list of the participants is translated "gens" (=people) which does not sound idiomatic : use the French word "Participants" or "connectés" "Specs" button is rather to be translated by "paramètres"

BlueJeans provides our team an easy to use platform for both webinars & video conferencing.
PROSBlueJeans offers 2 Platforms - Meetings for video conferencing and Event for webinar style programs. The Meetings platform is extremely easy to use and provides all the benefits of the other major video conferencing platforms. The Events platform allows for an easy to execute and secure webinar style program
CONSThe areas that could use the most improvement are around the Events Platform. Since this is system is not broadly used by the public it can be "challenging" for new users to learn the system. The challenge is more around the system settings that typically need to be set-up before the user (Presenter) can use all the features - especially in the Mac operating system. The other piece is that could be improved is the constant view/abilities for attendees.

Use Bluejeans for Flexibility and integration capabilities
It has helped us to conduct video conference from anywhere. Works well across different devices. The name is funny though and people do get confused any time. Ability to conduct broadcasts and large group meetings is a big plus.
PROSIt helps us to conduct company-wise All-hands meetings and also conduct regular conferencing. We are able to connect through our existing Video-conferencing system into Bluejeans and also it has options for web, pc or phone. The audio and video work well , even when sharing presentations.
CONSI would say that it is not well-established, so people may not feel intuitive while using it. There are minor annoyances like drop in video quality and audio getting stuck, but could be due to bandwidth.

Safe and use tool for webinars
When Zoom feel into the news of causing privacy issues that's when we switched to BlueJeans. We were impressed by the encryptions system BlueJeans use.
CONSIt is not a mainstream platform yet among the users yet so we have to provide instructions on how to access webinars using this system

Better communication features to increase interaction during remote meetings
The high-quality communication features of BlueJeans have enabled us to increase the efficiency of remote meetings, as the quality of the technologies it provides enables us to participate better.
PROSRemote meetings conducted by BlueJeans have many professional features. I like that this technology allows me to hold high quality video meetings, the video and audio quality and the live streaming technologies are amazing, BlueJeans user interface is simple, attractive and very easy to use. The best part is how all web communication is coordinated over the internet, enabling users to talk, interact and collaborate remotely very efficiently. It was easy to communicate with clients and consultants from all over the world, and all this was done simply by sending links to invitees.
CONSI haven't experienced any technical issues while using BlueJeans, everything is very simple, scheduling meetings, setting up contact lists and sending invitation links is smooth and efficient.

Excellent tool for Daily calling needs
I have recently started using video option and its awesome. One thing you may want to add is a preview so that we can quickly check our appearance before going on a video call :)
PROSThe best part is that you do not need to give permission to anyone for joining, event if you are late or not able to join anyone else can take the charge or present:)
CONSFor new users as we send the links to our clients I understand from that that it take awhile to get the app downloaded so I would say that is the area of improvement.

Bluejeans works well!
I really like blue jeans and it’s simplicity. It is easy to login and use, and automatically directs users within our organization to single sign-on to prevent users from accidentally creating additional accounts using their company email.
CONSWhen screen sharing, and controlling the other users device, the lag was sometimes pretty tough to get used to. When compared to another software like zoom, it seems to be a little bit slower.

Best Visual Communication Cloud Software
I use this tool for the webinar session which is the live session where audio and video will be visible and Used for free conference calls where we can share the information and messages. Since i am in sales department for around 9month i will be interacting with the customer through calls and webinar.
PROSWebinar , Conference calls , Video conferencing where we can see each other lively and share the information it is the best tool for sharing the information. There is no hidden cost since we can use it all over the world and features are good
CONSThere is no dislike in this feature since it is a good cloud based software.

BlueJeans makes your Virtual Experience Easy
My overall experience with BlueJeans has been wonderful, it saves a lot of time. I don't a problem with connection, it is good for large events, that's my favourite.
PROSBlueJeans can host large events online without experiencing any problems, BlueJeans can handle more than 50 participants. It is good for modern workplace, BlueJeans brings video, audio and web conferencing together with the collaboration tools people use everyday. It has efficient background noise cancellation and integration of the MS Office calendar.
CONSAt some point the software as a problem with handling various configs of I/O devices and this thing of your mic capturing other people's voices. there are differences between meetings and event products that are in the process of being merged.

Good service but expensive.
It is a good service, expensive and getting a clear answer on what went wrong is sometimes difficult.
PROSI liked that BlueJeans was so easy to use. Users were given a link and they just used that to join.
CONSOne of the selling features was the amount of global telephone numbers, but this used Intercall. When Intercall numbers used with BlueJeans, there was always connections issues for people calling in from the Intercall numbers. We eventually had get rid of the combination.

High quality distance learning
We love using this platform for our remote training because of its stability in the connection and quality of audio and video. We had not been able to do our training online because we did not find an application that was good enough for everyone, Blujeans solved that.
PROSOffers high quality features for you to communicate from wherever you are, whether you need to communicate with your team or want to make a conference, the platform is attractive, sophisticated, intuitive and easy to use, you can split the screen to facilitate communication, send a link with the invitation and ready to go.

Great screen sharing program
Training and coaching by the software provider was easily available and right on target for our end users.
PROSAs an end user we were able to train and evaluate our main maintenance program with ease. During evaluation were able to see and experience the software maintenance program we were looking at. Super easy as an end user. Great video and audio quality. The ability to have more than one computer connected to the host at one time was a great feature.
CONSHonestly I cant think of anything I didn't like about it. The software vendor used it to screen share during evaluation and setup of the program. It worked perfectly every time.

BlueJeans for conducting virtual events
I am able to handle virtual events with BlueJeans with just a click.
PROSFirstly, it was super easy to deploy and implement BlueJeans. Secondly, it has the option for inviting clients into a virtual event via link.
CONSHowever, it is not possible to use BlueJeans without connecting to the internet, but that isn't a big issue as we have deployed robust internet connection.

BlueJeans is your solution to remote events in a post-COVID world.
Incredibly positive. Their service and support team is excellent and respond quickly to issues.
PROSExtremely well polished from the administration and user side of the software. Used on events weekly for over a year. It was very rare to have a technical issue and their service was practically bulletproof.
CONSThey are still merging features from events and meetings, which causes some confusion and lack of functionality.
