I didn't like there was no demo at the beginning to walk me through I had to figure things out for myself which an overview video could have done.

Overall experience is very great and I hope to continue to use it in future.

Zoho is easy to set up and the intergrations with email are great to have already set up.

It's hard to verify the domain and update email address if you need to change the admins on the account.
