  • Pros

  • A great easy to use digital tool for collecting feedback.
  • I like that is anonymous and provides objective feedback. Also, sometimes our organization receives inquiries through this platform that otherwise would not receive.
  • Cons

  • We originally had access to multiple boxes, but the program changed and we lost this without notice. Many features that were previously available to us now require an upgrade to the subscription.
  • We use Suggestion Ox as our anonymous Feedback box. Based on what I have seen, it is limited in capabilities, but it fills a need for us.
