As an administrator, I like the ease of use of the platform and the ability to change my role meaning I can be a learner, an administrator as well as a leader.

How engaging and easy to use it is for Learners. Making training accessible and fun is important to training retention and Learner attitude towards learning/training in general.

The fact that a drop down box functionality doesn't exist with regards to organizational units / hierarchies (is being looked into at least).

The knowledge growth average is 13. What other learning method can give me this kind of data, keep learning fun, and engage a diverse tech workforce.

The customer service and support teams have been phenomenal - we can get a person on the phone within just minutes if needed, and support tickets are responded to almost immediately.

Using path based training can block the daily training elements in the platform. Need to have a way to be able to do both in the platform so we can use this as a standalone LMS in our organization.

After having problems with my account at the very busy conference, one person who helped me greeted me by name the next day in the halls.

I like Axonify a whole bunch, and I'm struggling to think of a con.

No matter where you use axonify it has an annoying lag time & it's a bit time-consuming to looked up several different parts even in just a single department.

We are still just a few weeks from launch but I find the training tool easy to use and the interface is easy to understand and not visually cluttered.

The rewards feature is another big draw, though we are developing our own reward and recognition system and haven't yet used the built-in features.

At this stage, I am challenged to identify any negative issues with the software.

Having had NO prior experience with this type of software (let alone setting it up), I would have benefited GREATLY from training (live or e-learning) rather than  walking through the steps via WebEx.

Its a great tool that keeps the knowledge fresh...also provides leaders a snapshot of what's working and where they can help improve the results.

The game mechanics are solid - the gameplay and leaderboard have been hugely motivating to our employees and people truly enjoy logging into the platform each day.

As for the end user experience, the software is incredibly easy to use.

I like that you can check facts pertaining to your job easily & quickly. You can use it on the computer or on your phone via app.

It even has an option to play games when you start a 'quiz' to help you process & retain information previously learned through 'Gnome.

I find the organization of the administrative tools intuitive and easy to use.

Many of my (admin) frustrations with the platform have been user interface and experience issues. The inability to bulk upload content means entering content is tedious.

The support team has also been very helpful in supporting our use of the platform, always ready to answer our queries.

I love that even though it is a good enough platform that it was my first choice when I was choosing an LMS, they have not stopped innovating.

Easy to use, fast to build with, would highly recommend.

With knack we have have saved an immeasurable amount of time and resource.

Also, having problems with the rules and parameters disappearing randomly on forms has been a problem for my organization.

One of the best options for rapid database centric software development.

There are great custom developers that can build entirely or help out with integrations as needed.

Amazing - the software itself is really easy to use but also the customer support is great. They're happy to jump onto your app and figure out your objective and then help you resolve your issue.

Building the system was extremely frustrating at times, as fields and properties would sometimes refuse to update, or the system would just hang and not do anything.

Great online builder with a very easy learning for it. They offer get webinars that demos a lot of the You can get up and running in minutes not months once you have a plan.

The pricing model makes it an easy sell to get started.

With limited resources for programming, I learned how to run the builder myself and set the program up for my team.

Love the ability to customize with CSS and JavaScript and connect to other software through Integromat.

One more point can easily be gained by paying attention to the community, which are the fans of their business. The other point can be gained by adding better standard features and design features.

The customer service team really cares and the product is actively evolving.

It is extremely helpful in tracking donations (and donors), restricted grants (and foundations/organizations who provide grants), and complex volunteer jobs for a non-profit.

Knack has been a huge help for our company. We were looking for a online database solution that we could customize for our unique business.

Super tool for developing multi-user database focused applications. Per developer pricing (as opposed to per user).

There is so much cross talk of data between those who provide it and those who need it that than an online, customizable, easy to implement data management platform is the most optimal solution.

The support team are responsive in the chat interface. During the two years I have been using the product there have been continuous upgrades which have been excellent.
