Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The apps were very easy to set up, in most cases we went live with the apps the same day. The builder is very intuitive and flexible.

  • Easy of tailoring and ease of use, customer support

  • Cons

  • The apps was very easy - no complaints. The custom PDFs are difficult if you need to do handovers etc.

  • The cost is a little high, but still worth it. Notifications don't always come through on workflow. Sometimes the work being done by users doesn't save.

  • Pros

  • We are using this product for a long period of time and this product helps us to improves a lot of things in our team this product is AWESOME!

  • I love the fact that it is every easy to use, can do almost anything, and is extremely collaborative.

  • Cons

  • This would be a minor complaint given the features mentioned above, but the interface is somewhat clunky. However, the product serves its purpose well.

  • 1. As its cloud-based, it may sometimes be showing slow and stop working 2. Recovery time is a little bit slow rather than the market competitor. 3. Customer service are good but so friendly.
