Very pleased with the program

Very impressed at how quickly court forms have been updated and how regularly improvements to the product have been implemented;

Integration with my practice was quite complete; It was not always clear how and what information entered into the program will appear on the court forms, but it has been constantly improving

It has been great. As with any software there is a learning curve, the customer service has made it a breeze to figure things out. Anyone with any estate experience can install the program and be up and running immediately. I absolutely LOVE Estateably!

I love that everything I need is there. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find it, but any form I need is there in the program. The other thing I love is the customer service. There is never any delay when I have a problem that I need help with or an issue that needs to be addressed.

I wish the forms could be edited at the source instead of having to edit it each time you generate it. We have certain formatting preferences (most of which are not critical to the form - I think the word applicant should be capitalized in some instances) and every time I generate a document I have to go in and make the changes. It would be nice to be able to have the forms homed on our system so that they could be edited on the master so I didn't have to make the changes every time.

The product is easy to use and is intuitive.

I also use Automated Civil Litigation software with other law firms. ACL has the option to download all documents required for a certain task. Estateably has the choice of checklists -- I would like to see the option to download all of the requisite documents required for probate applications, rather than hunting and pecking or it.

Estateably was an easy switch for our firm. I can't say enough about the customer support! The response time is quick and with thorough explanations.

The software is user-friendly, reasonably priced and has the most amazing customer support - better than I have experienced with any other software.

I would like the List of Original Assets to provide a date of death value and closing date value.

Great experience - the support staff is extremely responsive which is crucial for this type of software. The software is customizable to use your own template letters etc..

I love that the software is web-based, versatile, customizable and easy to learn. Estateably made it very easy to switch from our former software and we are very pleased with the product.

Takes a little getting used to -- in order to know the back-end and how you answer certain questions will affect the outcome on the forms. But it's very easy to go back and change/figure out.

Excellent - super quick response from customer service in assisting in all questions and requests for changes to documents.

The features were all encompassing taking every aspect of estate administration.

There were some "growing pains" as we worked towards customizing the documents, etc. to our precedents but the support staff was excellent without exception making the process very smooth.

We started using the program earlier this year and right away the ease of use was noticeable compared to our last estate software. The customer service has been great and has helped us to customize some of the features for our firm. If we ever have any questions we are able to speak with an Estateably agent in a timely manner.

At this time, I think the only improvement could be a chat help text box. Sometimes my question may be small and doesn't require a zoom meeting to address.

I like being able to produce all sorts of court forms and affidavits.

Can't produce multiple pieces of correspondence in the same .doc

I mainly utilize estateably for full probate administration. Estate settlements are completed with ease owing the ease of digitizing the relevant probate forms and financial information.

Software is very user-friendly, FAQ section provides clarity and customer service response quick and professional.

As a relatively new user I did not experience any negatives with the software thus far.

I use the probate application forms most often- I like that it makes it faster/easier to prepare forms.

Sometimes it prepopulates forms with incorrect information- the problem then repeats throughout the forms. Sometimes these errors result in probate applications being returned, thereby delaying probate. I also wished that it made suggestions and/or used templates- ie. if the intake section reveals that the estate falls within the small estate limits, it should only offer small estate relevant forms/prepopulate accordingly. Similarly, if I indicate that I am going to be using an estimated value, it should suggest the necessary forms that I will need to include in the probate application.

Estateably makes the probate process so much more efficient by taking you step by step to fill out all the information you need

All the forms that you need to submit to the court are easily accessible and I like that the software fills it out for you.

Overall it works really well, sometimes the Will is hard to upload and that can be a bit of a challenge.

Reporting letters could be improved. I also find it occasionally drops information inputted from the forms--or maybe it could prompt when something needs to be saved again.

Nothin not to like. As with everything, there is a learning curve but support folks helped a great deal and were very patient.

overall, good experience. I like the web-based format so I can work on it from home when necessary.

Ability to build a data base (and edit when necessary) for each estate

integration was not difficult - I watched the tutorial (but was not trained on the software). I've found I'm able to pick it up quite quickly.

The organization of the forms, and how it easily inputs data for each file.

There is missing an option to see the documents I have already generated, and being able to save them in one place once downloaded.

Initially had dificulty accessing completed forms

Streamlines the administration process and utilizes helpful task reminders. They're continually making improvements/enhancements and the support team is always available, if required.

At the onset, my only issue was that some asset amounts were not included in the total without clicking in and out of the file however, I believe that issue has been fixed.

I like that Estateably is a one stop shop for estates!

I not the best at learning g new things, a little training might help (not sure if that is available).

There was a bit of a learning curve at first on the intake form but each day it gets easier to use and I become more familiar on where to find things.

the postal code feature doesn't always bring up the correct postal code. I also found it difficult to learn how to attach liabilities to an asset at first.
