We have been using SO many different software products to manage our agency. One tool for project management, one tool for processes, one tool for training, another tool for collaboration, another tool for file storage... and then, of course, Google Drive, Google Docs, Slack, and so many others. SmartSuite is literally everything in one place. I can't wait to get everything fully loaded in SmartSuite so we can save money by canceling/consolidating many of those other products.

I love how intuitive SmartSuite is from the moment you log in. It's easy to navigate and the templates really made it simple to quickly realize all the potential ways to utilize the software. I love how easy it is to see progress on a project at any point, and how all files, communication and calendar are tied in within the task. So insanely simple but there is so much you can do.

There isn't anything that I've found that I don't like so far.

There aren't enough stars to give or great things to say about Smart Suite. When you think of a Software company or any company in general and all the things it should have, like customer service, capability, responsiveness, innovation, experience, great pricing, excitement for the future, talented leadership. Smart Suite has it all

So as someone that has built a software company in the past I am beyond impressed with how well everything works and how many options there truly are while maintaining simplicity. I originally was looking for something like asana to manage some internal + external client processes. Asanas Support was terrible and Smart Suite first got me with their customer service and onboarding. I was in touch with everyone I needed to be in real time and I wasn't sent one automated email telling me to watch a library of videos to find an answer that may not even be there. The ability to learn about the software allowed me to not only do what I needed better, but build a scalable marketing software that I could license to other companies. And the ideas that expand our vision for the company roll in daily. The price for scaling is incredible. There isn't a single aspect of this company that I am not beyond impressed with.

Really I can't think of any besides they are a young company. Young as in this software, but not in experience. It is VERY obvious they have software experience, A highly capable team on front end and back end, as well as funding. I actually love being on the ground floor of a product that I know is going to be so disruptive in the industry.

Our team uses SmarSuite to manage project tasks. We create tasks, assign them to team members, add statuses, add links, images, descriptions, and more. The tool helps to see the overall progress of the project and tasks in general.

Easy to create the necessary data, tables, lists, and graphs. SmartSuite helps to fully and effectively plan, implement and close projects. Also from the pros: Compilation of task reports; Possibility to create an infinite number of tasks; Beautiful and clear interface (in my opinion); The ability to change the color to any solution;

Since the tool is quite large and multifunctional, at first glance it may seem complicated. But if you spend a little time studying it, you can see all its great features and functionality.

For creative firms, I like to use SmartSuite along with Milanote. The ability to create a dashboard view of the Milanote page within a solution means that all of the information for a task is at our fingertips. While we use Milanot for creative planning, SmartSuite is literally everything else in our business!

With SmartSuite I was finally able to find a solution that kept information visually accessible, and it links data across multiple solutions keeping information accurate. My team loves it too so team adoption was easy.

The two things I miss most about previous platforms is gantt charts and the Chrome/Gmail integrated ability to turn websites and emails into records in any solution with ease.

It has become our one go-to source of truth for the full client journey (sales process / CRM) over client onboarding and day-to-day project management. We built several bridges to other tools to use the connectors for process automation and can for sure say this is a big time saver. In addition the set-up has been a core project of living our value of transparency with real-time info for all employees.

One limitation we ran into is the formula spectrum which is smaller than Excel/Sheets which can be a need for workaround in some perspectives.

We are working to solve project management and sales tracking currently with SmartSuite - now that we have conquered those areas we are actively looking for other ways to utilize the platforms they have in place to make our lives easier. The customer support team is phenomenal - very responsive, super knowledgeable - no doubt the best in the business.

The ease of use for SmartSuite has completely changed how we work as an event management company. No more emailing around lists or tracking things in a spreadsheet - it is automated, and smart, just as the name implies.

I really cannot think of a single thing to dislike. Any time we ask about a change they make it happen. I only wish this software had been around 8 years ago when we started our business.

Integration with our team was easy, both for straightforward and complex workflows.

SmartSuite is easy to set up, has an intuitive interface with everything at your finger tips, and really doubles down on all the best features in the landscape of low code/no code, workflow and operations management software.

Excited to see more dashboard features to complement the existing dashboards. Sounds like this is on the roadmap soon.

The flexibility and ability to create unique views, custom boards and put our processes in one place.

A little higher learning curve than other PM softwares, but after you get over that it feels like magic.

We use SmartSuite everyday to track our features, tasks, timing, resources, storypoints and so on. What I personally like most is Charts and Dashboards that help to manage, compare and analyze various data. You can even share these data with people that don't use SmartSuite - there's a super-convenient, easy and secure functionality for this. Just send the link to any report in any view type - and you got it.

I consider SmartSuite is a useful tool for task tracking and team collaboration. Easy to use the service. Smartsuite user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The capabilities of the platform are immense - from the overall solutions and applications to within the records themselves, automations, Zapier integration, ability to customize each individual report and view.

It'll take some time to learn the service, but there are many tutorials and help articles to do it more faster.

When we started using SmartSuite, we don't need to use other tools anymore, except messengers, probably. When we need to plan a new feature - we do it in SmartSuite. Create a report about the team's progress - the same. Make changes to the current project - we go to SmartSuite. It's really flexible and makes processes smart and then the team makes taksk done.

The flexibility of the platform is impressive. The team is engaging and very responsive. Even with hugely challenging transitions I have found the team, and in particular [sensitive content hidden], very helpful. Having access to [sensitive content hidden] at webinars is also very insightful.

The importing of a huge database of information was a little challenging.

Honestly nothing is that difficult to use in SmartSuite, of course it took some getting used to, but not too much time.

Unmatched ability to customize or select a template from the list. The number of features is impressive. Export your work to the formats you need. There is also a great application for iOS and Android

Due to the huge opportunities, it is worth spending more time to get acquainted with the service - it's worth it!

We used it for moving into a new house. The template Home Remodel Project was very helpful for an easy start. The Share View feature was very handy in sharing blueprints and measurements with contractors.

I've used a lot of "work management" platforms in my career. Nothing has been as user-friendly and as intuitive as SmartSuite. Been waiting too long for a platform like this to come along and may our collective agency lives easier to manage! I feel smarter since I've started using SmartSuite.

How easily it integrates with our other systems and tools. Easy to use, easy to figure out, easy to communicate and improves overall efficiency within our team.

Right now, there are no cons! It's a welcomed solution to a long-standing void for a tool that can do it all.

Migrating from my previous tool was stunningly easy, integrating with Slack to create new records is seamless, and they’ve clearly thought of every process imaginable with the number of templates they’ve created. SmartSuite is a great tool that provides a lot of report type for every cases you need with lots of data types (text, date, numeric and many others). It's also allows you to use filtering and grouping which is very useful and customize each individual report.

There is no obvious cons for this program. The tool is easy to use and the process of investigating all the best feature of this tool will not take much time.

Over my career, I've used virtually every type of work management platform ever created. SmartSuite is the perfect tool for our agency and it's beyond easy to use. Definitely a game-changer!

The only thing I don't like is that SmartSuite wasn't invented decades ago - it would have saved agencies (and me) countless headaches.
