UKU is the little helper I need in my everyday work.
I have had colleagues who were prejudice towards this program once we implemented. As time passed they saw how much more productive they are, using this programm.
PROSUKU is helping me make my days productive and share clear tasks within my team. I use it as my notebook for all follow ups I need to remember.
CONSSince UKU team have solved all my requests regarding updates and new solutions, I dont have any comments for this section.

It helps you when you are invoicing your clients.
PROSI can see due dates and keep track of the tasks.I can see the amount of future tasks.You can keep track of the time what you spend on one task or one client.
CONSIt could be a bit easier to add additional tasks.I would appreciate the quick step "phone" but it does not work.

You can add a task with the Magic Button with just three clicks. This feature had some issues before, but now it works like clockwork. UKU for accounting company
Easy to implement, great support from UKU during implementation. User friendly, easy to understand how it works. A lot of different processes integration in one place.
CONSMore difficult to work in a standartized way as the program is very flexible for user - in starndartized company environment we would like to lock more fields for editing, make only choose from list options for task names and etc.

Time tracking is a game changer!
I installed Uku plugin to my browser and finally keep up with tracking all my tasks. You can just switch it on and off from the extension and change tasks on the go. I even track quickly replying emails or phone calls. It’s awesome productivity booster!
PROSSuper easy to use, intuitive and looks good. Tracking different tasks is very, very easy.
CONSI needed it for time tracking and waiting for email integration.

I looked for such practice management solution for years
We looked for an adequate practice management solution for years. Uku was the answer to all our problems and it works for both the accountants and the management. We needed to get a company-wide overview of all our tasks - whether they’re in progress, completed or overdue. Before Uku, the accountants had this information themselves, but the managers couldn’t monitor the performance in real time. On the management side, we also needed to know how much time was really spent on different tasks to price services accordingly. Uku has helped us up our service quality, always deliver work on time and increase profitability.
PROSIt helped us get rid of guessing games, countless (and off sync) spreadsheets, forgetting, and chaos. Now we really know who’s working on what and when it’s due. We can prevent delays and be sure of our overall service quality.
CONSOnce you’re set up, there’s nothing I don’t like.

My experience with uku
I used different program before, now its easier for me with Uku.
PROSI like design . Very easy to use. Mobile support is also good, but im not using this feature.
CONSSome minor changes when updates are done.

Great time management tool
We have been using UKU for several years and it has changed our time management tremendously.A to-do list helps you plan your time well and prevents a situation where something is forgotten or not done at all.It is also easy to monitor customer volumes and price customers according to changes.
PROSAll time planning and an overview for managers are in one place and can be easily analyzed.
CONSWe are waiting to send out e-mails from UKU (it is still in the test phase).

Good for time-tracking
We can get a really good overview of our clients. Having a list of tasks under each client is very useful when we need to replace other employees.
PROSI'm using Uku just to track time and export some lists. It is easy to use and gives quite good overview to the company and to employees.
CONSAs a analyst i would like to have better API integrations with different Accounting softwares or for example with PowerBI (i know that you just came out with an api, so mu appologies if you already have previous integration). What i'm missing the most, is having some kind of "loading" button when exporting client list, because right now i'm not sure if it is downloading or not doing anything

Thanks for an excellent idea, Kerli! We already use the loading screen in many windows, but we will also add it there. Timing and data export are some of the main functions of Uku. We are glad that Uku can also help you input data for broad-based analysis. Indeed, we just released our API and plan to integrate it with PowerBI so our members can make business decisions based on actual data. Our exporting is also now five times faster!

Uku as taken us to the next level in time and invoice management
Uku has optimized many our our processes. It has added efficiency and good analytical tools. We have had some additional needs, which are not available in Uku at the moment, however we are glad those improvements have been taken into the roadmap and will soon be available for all users.
PROS* Its easy to use * continuous development, * tailor-made solutions, if needed * real time customer support, quick fixes of your problems
CONSit could be a bit challenging in the beginning to implement the optimum list of topics - you really have to think through what is you main purpose of using Uku. For us the main purpose has changed over the time - when we started, the main idea was to get the overview of hours spent on each client. Later, as we implemented invoicing module, we realized that topic setup was not corresponding to our needs, so it needed to be reviewed and updated. However, redoing is not a problem in Uku - all your "old" data is stored safely and you can use it any time.

although Kimai was a free soft, it had really limited possibilities. It covered our need for sometime, but with Uku we see that we can optimize and automate so much more

Used it from the beginning
We’ve used Uku for several years and it totally changed the way we work and price our services. The software itself has changed a lot over time, e.g. importing customers and other data has become much easier, also love the browser extension. Our whole team uses it and it really gives ownership over your tasks. It also makes delegating and balancing work simple and transparent. I can’t recommend it enough.
PROSUku is simple and intuitive and covers anything we might need from a work management system - from tracking time and managing tasks to billing. It has increased efficiency and visibility throughout our team.
CONSThe old Uku took some time to get used to. Thankfully the software has evolved a lot and many problems have been solved over time. On the upside, Uku team listenes to users feedback and tries to solve problems as fast as possible.

Save time
Good experience. I get a good overview of tasks and save a lot of my time with Uku. And program is easy to use.
PROSSaves me a lot of time. You can plan all your tasks, make weekly, monthly and annually plans. Add automated tasks. One place for all information: client related information, tasks, templates, checklists etc. You can also add documents, make invoices. Helps measure time spent for each task or client and analyse effectiveness.
CONSNothing important to point out. At first I didn`t know how to correctly change automated tasks (program sometimes created duplicated tasks in past) but client service helped me out. It is important to update the date of the task if you change automated tasks.

Uku gives you data you didn't know you needed
Before Uku, we were totally in the dark about our work. Now all the knowledge is just a couple of clicks away.
PROSUku has given our company data which we use monthly to make our pricing decisions.
CONSUku can always be improved and improvements take time - world is changing fast as well as the regulations on the accounting market. The good thing about Uku's team is that they really make an effort to see their clients perspectives and implement useful features.

I recommend Uku because it makes job planning much easier.
PROSI can track my tasks and due dates. I Can easily track how much time I spend on a client.
CONSIf I have to say something, it might be that entering dates is not very easy (identity document expiration date, birthdays)

Works for the accountant, not the other way around
The best thing about Uku is that it’s made specifically for the accountants - it brings tasks, clients, planning and billing all in one place. I really feel it supports my day-to-day work, not the other way around. You have so many options to customize workflows and custom fields to add information that it suits anyone from a big bookkeeping company to a solo accountant. It’s great that you can add comments and other information to tasks and clients and store all relevant information centrally. Uku helps keep up with all the tasks without the mental clutter. I can be sure that tasks appear to my dashboard when it’s time to work on them. Also, it’s nice to get the “Nicely done!” message once you’ve completed all your tasks for the day.
CONSNot to nitpick, but it would be great to get e-bills from Uku.

Good helper
Time tracking for different tasks is most important for me. Helps me understand and improve my time management.
PROSTime tracking is very helpful when there comes time to invoice clients. Easy to use and integration is simple. Easy to add tasks and switch between them.
CONSIn calendar view, only the start date is marked, not the duration or end date. The duration and end date can be seen when opening the task.

UKU-The Myth Buster :)
While ago when UKU asked me to describe himself, my first thought was that UKU is a myth buster.By overturing the saying- when something is good for everything, it's not good for anything.
PROSAs my everyday job is to manage client data UKU made huge difference. Now I have agreements, contact information and all relevant data at the same place.
CONSBefore UKU created projects it was a bit tricky to follow client onboarding process but now that matter is also solved.

Great time and task management
calendar view gives great overall picture what you need to do at one glance.
CONSmissing task copy function. there is template for the entire company but i can not personalize that for my needs.

My experience as accountant with the UKU
Uku helps you get an accurate picture of how you and your colleagues use your time. It helps you decide whether to give your accountant more clients or take fewer. Billing clients is accurate and fair.
PROSUKU is an easy-to-use timesheet program. Can be used in native language, simple structure, good user support.
CONSThe program freezes sometimes and I can't figure out if time is running or not.

UKU is simple to use.
Each task can be shared between several people.The tasks can be "forwarded" to another person to be done.It's free to make the tasks because there is no limit to the number of tasks.The tasks can be grouped by the topic.Tasks can be grouped by customer and by task similarity. It help to organise my daily working.
CONSIt is easy to forget the timing to run.

Best time tracker for accountants!
As accountant constantly juggling multiple tasks, among the plethora of options available, Uku stands out as an exemplary solution that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of accountants. It its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The program has been thoughtfully designed with accountants in mind, ensuring that even those with limited technological proficiency can navigate seamlessly. I love how Uku keeps developing and how they always work out new solutions.
CONSAlthough it is quite simple to use, it will take some time to get used to the timer. You will have keep in mind to start it and make sure that there isn't a timer that is already running.

to be honest, I have not used other alternative product, so I cannot compare, but at least I feel uku is designed for accounting company.

If you need to change something, you can do it in Excel and insert it into Uku by importing the data. Excellent solution for accountants
I use it for tracking time with some of my accounting clients.

CONSSome of the features are in english and not so easy to use if language skills are poor (estonian).
