The are knowledgeable, responsive and I never feel like I am being sold to. If there is something I feel I could use as a business owner that doesn’t already exist they find a way to make it happen.

The support staffs have been incredibly helpful as I navigate my way through this new technology. I am not very tech savvy and they have been very patient and helpful.

They are incredibly responsive via chat and email when I have a question and additionally are helpful and patient.

Questions are answered promptly and satisfactorily.

I think the best part about this software is that it has allowed me to start my business without breaking the bank.

No app available for android users, there is one for iPhones though.

If you have a question or issue they respond quickly and are helpful. They listen to their customers and work hard to create or fix features based on feedback.

Best company I have worked with by far. The staff and owner are excellent people who really try to give you too value for minimum price.

I love that this software was so easy for my clients to use and also very easy for me to use. I have used other softwares and none that have been this user friendly.

But, dealing with all of their schedules was overwhelming to me. Once I got the software, it has completely taken the stress away from me and from my clients too.

Instead of being able to change pricing in classes, I've had to delete them and start over. A tiny complaint, but you asked.).

A fantastic staff willing and able to help you set up and maintain your account. The website and app is easy to use and constantly updating to accomodate needs of the clients.

Does all the essential basics: class scheduling, packages, appointments, blocking out studio rentals, sales reports, class histories for students. Customer service has been superb.

I have only been using it for about 2 month consistently, I haven't found too many road blocks, but I have not used all of the features yet. I will leave a updated review as time goes on.

For me, my process is pretty simple so I was able to keep my format simple. However, there are plenty of options if you need more.

Its easy to use and does everything-the online booking facility is great.

The ability to customize it in so many ways. We have a Laser Tag attraction that we needed to take reservations for in order to follow safety procedures due to Covid.

I integrate with Stripe and Paypal so my booking and checking out process is seamless. I love the fact that everything is digital and I am 100% paperless and compliant for GDPR.

Really glad I moved from Schedul to Ovatu best decision.

Not much possibly too long numbers when buying vouchers I find adding treatments sometimes confusing for me we could have a choice of background or seasonal i.e. Christmas Easter summer etc.

Works seamlessly, super reliable, clients love the online booking, but most of all the team are great.

The online booking is a great feature and ever growing area of our business. Very customer friendly and integrates well in the system.

So far* inability to integrate with Square. I prefer it to Stripe, which does the job in the intervening period, and I've been advised that Square may be in the works.

The customer service was super helpful. I wouldn't have been able to customize it to my needs without their useful guidance.

It is the lifeline of my business. The booking reminders that are sent automatically are brilliant and certainly saves cancellations.

Easy to navagate value for money your always at the end of the telephone when we need or you make an appointment easy to navigate through love the reminders for my clients keeps them up to date.

This software is super easy to use and manage. Once it has been setup it pretty much runs itself which gives me time to get on with my business.

I don't like the inability to block out a specific day. You can block but it still allows you to book over it.

The cost compared to other similar systems is fantastic and as mentioned all support and training provided is excellent.

Integration with website and Facebook page. Ability to send group emails to different customers depending on demographic or tags.

So easy to use, to set up (amazing customer service support with integration of data from previous system).

Intuitive with 100% dedicated support. The OVATU system is enjoyed by both staff and customers.

Leaving it too long before I got OVATU as I was using google calendar and had no way of tracking appointments.

Unable to set up more than 1 set week (I work shifts). No shop option for customers to buy products online.

I like the option to set rotas depending on the current situation and for events such as Christmas. Also having a full list of treatments with prices that I can tweak for individual bookings.

The pricing is very affordable and, for everything that is included, is a bargain.

On the payment screen theee are too many steps if this could be broken down to a simpler version of cash / eftpos then paid it would be much simpler.

The support team have been totally awesome,  they imported all my old appointments from my old system, so i have full client history. Always responded sometimes within minuets.

I love the great customer service, the step by step help guides, the fact that everything is in one plae at the click of a button.

Any assistance that is needed, not only are they more than happy to help but the speed in which they do this always amazes me.
