It is complicated and it is difficult for users to adjust the depreciation rates or add anything to it.

The reports are somewhat difficult to customize and we had trouble getting them to be in a format that we wanted.

One is able to record, calculate depreciation, calculate gain or loss on disposal and asset and track all fixed assets owned by a company.

For a smaller business, this software would be superb.

The training and customer service is excellent. I think this is a fantastic choice for fixed assets software.

Not every program provides the granular level of control Bloomberg does. If only their pricing model wasn't so punitive and they supported external reporting tools, it would be outstanding.

By using easy to understand asset types you can quickly populate all of your books (GAAP, Fed, AMT, etc) because lives and methods are programmed automatically by type.

After we accomplished the transfer and customized the system to our specific use, one thing I would say that is extremely helpful is the ability to search within each field.

I like how easy it is to set up an asset and the asset wizard.

Consolidated reporting is very poor. We need consolidated reporting similar to the desktop for our Tax Accountants.

The base crystal reporting is hard to use and also only allows you to report on one book at a time.

This becomes a problem because BNA charges you based on the number of assets, and the price escalates very quickly.

The software is easy to use but more importantly, it is flexible.

You get great efficiency and simply your tax reporting. If you have unusual assets you can also modify each book separately after you populate the asset type, so you retain flexibility when needed.

We've been able to track our fixed assets with ease. The rare times we've had a question, the BNA helpdesk has been friendly and responsive.

The only bad experience I have had was with your customer service team.

The ability to manage multiple companies in a single web application is great, as is the ability to manage multiple capital projects and convert compelted projects into assets.

I like the ease of inputting new assets. You can simply use the tab key to move from field to field and get assets entered quickly.

In general, this works about as well and is as user friendly as you can expect from something as complicated as a fixed asset tool. We are, in general, very happy with this product.

The primary complaint thus far is the font size used in reports.

The price model is unfair to companies with a large number of assets but few transactions. The reporting is basic and prone to error.

Asset Viewer  ability to go to next asset without exiting asset viewer. Assets View  add more headers  be able to scroll over (left and right).

It kept track of all of our fixed assets in one place.

Easy to navigate, the terms are not written in to high a level for broad access in the organization.

Datasnipper allows us, the user, to conduct audit a lot easier than manual audit. It helps and enables us to work efficiently and effectively.

DS makes it incredibly easy to check accuracy and consistency within financial statements. It has saved me and my teams precious hours everyday in FS quality checks.

I do enjoy all the benefits of DataSnipper, as it saves a lot of time, which I can spend on more important tasks in my work.

Sometimes the table will not ready properly and it will lead to manually adjusting the work.

The ability to read data from invoices, Pdf, word document etc. Is a happy snipping exercise and experience.

Streamlines audit work, reducing cost and improves effeciency.

The software provides a quick means of converting tables and information in PDF to Excel in a format that it easily usable and can be traced back to the source page.

The financial suite has to be my favorite as it enables us to compare financial statements versions in minutes.

I like features, functionality and ease of use.

It changes the font, adds highlights to cells, and color of text. There are no setting to adjust this as far as I am aware.

Ease of use- Feature set- Design of the tool - by auditors for auditors.

Also, custom checkmarks are hard to access and don't print into the PDF.

There's no doubt it is a great solution and makes quality checks of financial statements much faster. I'd love to see faster response to reported issues and a more agile approach to pushing new fixes.

They are easy to use and can be performed on whatever the size of the data or engagement.

Good for data extraction from pdfs into Excel for ease  of analysis.

Am glad i used data snipping tool, is wonderful and have helped my work immensely.

Another area for improvement is the lack of formatting options and inability to change general settings of functions, such as font size and color.

It's a cool tool to attach documents to a working paper with easy referral to the desired place in the document.

The application reduces the work time increasing efficiency and quality work.

Streamlines our internal checks, prevents mistakes in payments and saves us a lot of time. Was very easy to learn and to integrate with the different users.

For a non-profit organization the software is expensive. It doesn't support Hebrew.

Specially the table snip which helps us prepare the clericals super faster than before.

Nice interference and integration. Really helped me in my daily task.
