The integration with OneDrive is a bad idea, don't add a network datapath. Rather use local drive Candy files.

With the mostly site operative function I perform, the integration of Buildsmart with the Candy Cost and Allowable application is extremely powerful.

It is very user friendly an can be applied in all stages on Construction Projects big or small.

In Contract valuation, if you have an error on the amount entered it cannot be rectified, the program goes to a halt, you need to go out and go into the program.

Easy to use, levels of accessibility well defined, integrates with CCS (Candy).

It is also web based platform which make it easier to work anywhere & anytime.

The terms they are using are quite misleading.

The Buildsmart programme has Improve my way, the company and my teams ways of doing things, and keep all the information that might be needed as a proof after some years.

It integrates well with Candy and the order approval process is smooth.

Also, over the years they have made many great improvements which reflects the fact that they are constantly listening to clients and trying to improve which is encouraging.

Overall payments to creditors and receivables  are done on the system with good results.

Nice tool for cost allocation if you have manyr departments, activity wise project procurement control etc. Uploading a huge journal data through excel sheet template.

The experience is good and the system is easy to use.

The business is now producing very effective reports and financials. I am very much likely to recommend Buildsmart to other companies.

BuildSmart- the best ERP tool specific  for Construction Industry.

One negative side of BuildSmart is that it can be a bit pricey for smaller businesses.

My overall experience with BuildSmart has been excellent. The product is easy to use and the customer service team is always available to answer any questions I have.

I thought it was easy to use right away, simple. I like the graphics and think that the available support is very good.

I dislike the fee and it’s a little complicated to use.

Cant run report to check if errors until after submit.

The ease of use, the graphics are good, & the customer service are all great reasons to use KidKare. I would hate to have to manually enter everything.

I appreciate that everything is in one place, I can access with my phone or another computer if need be, and great to be able to print W-10's for families at year end.

I love the accounting software. Nice and organized, easy for us to be able to imput our expenses and so on.

I do miss under the child's information Minute Menu would show the years and months age.

In Chicago we received reimbursements direct deposit so there were no worries.

Easy to navigate and can usually figure it out as im not a computer expert.

It is very simple to use and everything is right here at your finger tips. Everything is organized and I love, love, love the reports makes it beyond easy to pull anything and everything.

I have several menus saved and it is very quick and easy to call them up and make my weekly plans. I also love the fact that I can use the app on my phone and can do it from there as well.

How easy it is to use love getting reports each month to see what menus times I did for the week month.

I am able to sign in/out children with ease love being able to do reports.

Easy to use, tech support has been available and resolves issues asap.

Overall, I love the program. I look forward to better budgeting with business expenses because I'm able to view and run reports much faster than flipping through pages of data.

The reports are available at the push of a few buttons, you can check where you are for the month and it so easy to print reports to save in your files.

Is easy to use, is helpful having the pictures. It make more easy when I have to make changes in the enrollment form just printed and have parent sing it to make changes.

I offer a limited number of vacation days that the parent can earn and in turn get a free week in the year but no options for me to track these days being used.

The program is easy to use and the accounting part is a very good price.

No pay feature for parents that pay 50/50 but in an every other week type of situation. Unsure how my reports will look when it shows they split payments weekly.

I usually report at the end of my day. One day towards the end of my day my father was taken to emergency with a small stroke, I called my backup, licensed helper and rushed down to the hospital.

My experience thus far has been great. This program makes my paperwork faster and easier.

Sometimes breaks or is slow to update and can be frustrating.

KidKare is very friendly to all users. It is very easy to navigate.

I love that I put in my receipts and file them away. When tax time comes I just hit print on the forms I need and hand them to my tax guy and he does the rest.

I like that I can track things on it for taxes, I like that I can also add meals that are not counted so I can keep track, and the availability to print up daily worksheets is awesome.

KidKare is great, it helps maintain all your receipts, calculates your business expenses, keeps track of end the year taxes.

I honestly love everything. But I really like how everything is easy to use.

Not sure of all it has to offer running the reports should be more user friendly. Have sign in/out sheets condensed a lot of wasted  paper.

I LOVE that you can go into the reports tab and it is so easy to navigate through the reports. The whole software program is really great and very easy to use.
