Pros
- Deltek vision is very good software to use to handle many database simultaneously. During that work we can easily filter the important data.
- Customer Care Support is excellent. Like everything else, the more time you can invest, the better off you will be.
Cons
- Reporting performance is awful. We have had a consultant come out at least twice for an overall health check and recommendations and in my opinion we did not get a lot of value from this.
- It takes a ridiculously long time to run many of our reports and it's a constant source of pain for both the users and those of use who support the product.
Pros
- Among our staff accountant's favorite features are the AP import and ease of reconciliations. The SBS training and support staff have been wonderful and a joy to work with.
- I imagine the integration of all the modules with one another and the ability to download/upload other types of software files into SBS for processing would probably be the thing I like most.
Cons
- I wish there was an attendance calendar for each employee which recorded their sick and vacation time.
- I have a hard time, with the export feature in the AP module. Trying to select the right parameters is frustrating at times.
