We have had to pay a xonsultant to create many. No training on how to enter your company logo and you need to enter it it more than one place.

We are switching to another software that is more user friendly.

Most like the payroll software. Very easy and has a lot of extra features such as ability to do certified payrolls.

Integration is the best of all the software we have ever used.

F2 should be edit, and pulls up a calendar, Enter key and Tab key don't work consistently with other Microsoft programs - slight annoyance.

Not cloud based which causes severe pain points.

Very good robust software but it is a bit pricey.

Setting up security is hard. No guidance or training here either.

No bank download feed - yet. Integrates with very few other vendors.

Overall it's a decent software package for the money and the size of our business. Other systems can do more, but you'll likely pay much more.

Overall this is a great program for payroll; coworkers have expressed it's simplicity in the A/R and A/P fields as well.

I have also adapted paygroup for the different benefit levels of my employees who attend school and have different impact to compensation. Overall I would recommend.

Very difficult to talk to a real person when you have an issue.

Customer Service and Knowledge base is excellent.

I like how the software is integrated for use in receivables and payables.

It is very easy to navigate through. Use is on a daily basis.

I found it has a robust payroll module enabling ease of use for Federal, State and Union payroll issues. The addition of Aatrix actually improved the payroll module.

I pay alot of money for support and i understand the initial use of them but feel Sage uses them too far into the process and when i ask for issue to be escalated, i get no response.

I love the email capability of invoice and Statements which saves a lot on postage and with the ready receipt, I can confirm customer received.

Horrible software right now and also doesnt integrate with anyone. I think everybody has abandoned integrating with it as there are too many problems with it.

Project management is its best selling point. This is one of the only affordable software solution in a mid-range cost.

Integrated and better Excel interface than Sage 300.

I have worked on this software for over 20 years and have loved it from the beginning.

I like the dashboard, it is very helpful to look at a glance.

I don't like that there are areas that I can't modify reports and so I need to pay for custom reports.

The software help tracking expenses and history of job cost is top of the line. Progress billing is the best and easiest we have seen.

We have gone from paper to paperless payments with great ease.

This is very easy to use and can help with cost accounting and regular accounting as well. Very user friendly and can be easy to navigate.

Once learned it is very easy to use and helpful with reports. I especially like the billing reports.

Hard to navigate,  customer support is horrible or maybe nonexistent.

I do like that you have more lock down control than you do with Quickbooks. I also like that there are several ways to get to something.

We have had nothing but great experience with the software and customer service has be great.

The setup is fairly straightforward, and the learning curve is very manageable. It's really nice to have a good (and reasonable) set of defaults for categories and account structure.

Through the Zoho Books software, our payments integration is always great and fabulous.

They call you at ridiculous times and then email to say they called and to call them back. You call them back and no one is available.

It's a good software but needs to be completely free. I enjoy using it mainly because I have a zohomail account.

It manages my finances and make invoices in no time plus it helps to coordinate between different departments to save time and cost.

Zoho Books has relatively responsive customer support, who are willing to make software changes based on customer feedback (sometimes), and has many integrations.

The price is great when you get it attached to Zoho One. Price lists is a great feature.

The statement download from bank and reconciliation option is great. GST filing options are great.

Another positive aspect of Zoho Books is that its delivery always comes with many integrated functionalities such as stock management, sales and purchase booking, payroll processing, etc.

What i liked the most about this software is that is very easy to use and to customize it for you own purpose.

For starters it's easy to use. More specifically I like the recurring invoice feature and the ability to add an accountant at the basic level.

I was afraid to use it, no knowing who would be viewing our data.

I use Zoho Books primarily for invoicing. The interface is clean and clear and user friendly, with improvements being made all the time.

Login interface sometimes confused me as I accidentally logged into other zoho products.

Zoho Books is the best software for the financial reporting and everyone can easily used this software in a more efficient way. Moreover, it is the best tracker all of our accounts and finance.

The one fatal flaw of Books, for me, was that importing my contacts from an Excel spreadsheet was a nightmare.

The customer service is great - responsive and clear responses with no up-selling and fluff.

That made initial use and customization pretty easy to do. The documentation is generally good, and tip links are numerous.

The major problem with Zoho Book is that it is only practical with a small business.

Struggling for past 7 months have my feeds error sorted but in vain. Separate entries for JV & contra is preferred.

The software is extensive and seems easy enough to use. Supports advanced accounting functionality and would be a good solution for any small business.

Easy to expand as business grows. Customer support is superb.

I liked best the many features that Zoho Books provides.

Inability to create estimates inside Zoho Books and transform them in to invoices.

Zoho Books is the best source to create our invoices and it is the best financial reporting software in all over the world.

I've even been able to write some integrations with it (using some powerful and reasonably well documented REST APIs).

Absence of payroll feature is very annoying, as this continues major expenditure and maintaining the complete account is not possible. Also this solution is not for large companies.

In terms of accounting software, this product does just about everything. I also liked being part of the Zoho suite of products, all of which are quite good.

Whenever I found an issue I couldn't resolve, our account rep was easy to contact and ever helpful. The ease of invoicing is my most favorite.

Easy to customize, collaborate, integrate, manage, secure and us. Works in multiplatform and is very robust and reliable.

Zoho is integral in the operation of my business. I have found these tools to be comprehensive, powerful, and relatively easy to learn and use.

Nothing was as easy at Zoho. Their customer service is amazing and the price point is perfect for me and my needs.

Zoho was great and hit all the marks for me, the interface is simple and intuitive and the price point at my scale is just unbeatable. I can't see any other accounting system after using Zoho Books.
