The drill-down functionality of the software makes it easy to navigate through accounting transactions and provides a great audit trail.

It has very limited data analysis tools, which is not sufficient for streamlining the human resource department. It is not efficient for onboarding services.

The quality provided is top-notch, and always good to use. It seems the company has a great process in place to ensure customers stay happy.

Originally we had hoped to be able to use the Investment module for our investment pool but I doubt this will ever be possible.

Onboarding was even more difficult than before. We were unable to load any of our existing forms into the system to filled out electronically, so we still had to email or print them for the employee.

We could not use it for onboarding, did not allow any place for us to keep notes on employees. It was difficult to navigate.

It's easy to use, intuitive and fits well with my organization's needs. It's a strong product that works as it's supposed to.

There was no way to skim through a lesson. All the i's had to be dotted and t's crossed before moving on.

When you buy the Serenic Navigator, you become part of a big family of fantastic professionals. Serenic maintains a very personalized relationship with all its clients.

Once set-up, we found many flaws in the system. It did not help us streamline our HR processes at all.

The ability to save customers, chose to send now or later, picking the due date those are all nice.

They make it very easy to get started. I like how once everything with my bank was arranged I could tailor the invoices look and content to suit my needs.

Was able to keep track of my invoices with ease, just the cost was more than what I get with my package with Wix.

I' use square invoices for my catering business. I' find the ease of use excellent.

Its easy, its quick and most of all, i can send invoices right from my phone. It's absolutely the best.

This is really a problem if it’s been marked paid in error. It’s also impossible to mark a partial payment in an invoice.

We had used many invoice apps, and nothing did everything we needed until Square came out with their Invoice app. For starters, it is quick and easy to use, super fast to fill out an invoice.

No way to 'pre-schedule' invoices to go out automatically on a certain date. No way to schedule recurring invoices.

Over all it was good and customer service was great, it was just the wrong thing to use for a small hotel.

Great for scheduling invoices and accepting payments.

Was easy to set up and the customer support was very friendly and helpfull.

Then it necessitates an awkward conversation to ask for a tip.

All of the reports for transactions are also great. Another favorite is the ability to charge a customer's card for a future purchase by allowing them to keep their card on file.

They can enter their payment information directly and it is secure; and it does not cost me as much as an entry I key in directly.

I have been very pleased thus far with my Square experience. Inputting information is pretty facile and transmission to clients is very efficient.

Square invoices is very easy to use from the beginning. It’s simple to customize with your branding.

I liked the fact that you can create an invoice with payment processing integrated into it. You cannpersonalize your invoice and send with ease.
