Excellent software very easy to use and practice.

Really simple to use, everything color coded so makes glimpsing at everything quick and easy.

Was an absolute breeze to set up, and, before I knew it no more spam.

The only minor hiccup is that the software can crash itself sometimes, and it would stop working. In that case, I usually close it and restart the software again.

I don't like the cost of the pro version. Nothing else I don't like - so have no more to write about it.

Firetrost has not been able to fix Mailwasher working at all with email service from Godaddy. It has become worthless.

The 2% missing is due to the fact that on rare occasions an unwanted mail will slip through within the space of time you have cleaned the list and then downloaded the remainder.

Exchange servers are complex enough over time. Our previous solutions integrated with Exchange, and this always caused some issues.

Price, the price for office365 is excellent, you can add a healthy margin and still have a very good price for the customer. Interface, easy to navigate.

The interaction with the sales team was very good. They outlined their service and what was required in order to implement this for our on-site exchange environment.

Initially I was uneasy about the price...until you calculate the cost of deleting and unsubscribing  emails and spam.
