- The software does not wear down your system and the automatic scans are really fast. The cost savings that you get with multi-year subscriptions are good.
- The most important and the best thing in Bitdefender antivirus plus is the Real-Time Data Protection and easy way to use the graphical user interface. And you have Multi-layered ransomware protection.
Cons
- The cost can be on the high side compared to other similar products. We sometimes had issues with the software conflicting with other programs on our computer and slowing down our computer.
- There is no option to switch it off for a while, you have to uninstall and re-install, which feels clumsy and awkward.
Pros
- It has an easy to use interface with unlimited vpn use and built in ID protection service.
- It does daily random scans and immediately alerts me to anything detected worth looking into. It does not waste my time nor my money.
Cons
- Not sure this was really needed. Windows catches most of what I am concerned about.
- Confusing upgrades: Sometimes “highly customizable” can simply mean confusing.
