Vyte is the best tool for collaboratively planning meeting, with some room to be even better. It has been very helpful to me managing my time with potential and current clients.

The vote option is a great way to find the most suitable time for attendees.

Very easy to use, I like that I can both post my availability and allow others to post their availability.

I have heard complaints that it isn't as intuitive as it could be. But I recently saw a feature announcement from Vyte that they are addressing some of those concerns.

For those who aren't tech savvy, it's great to be able to interface without integrating calendars and offers another opportunity to share the beauty of integrating your workflow with others.

There are so many things I like about Vyte. First of all, I love the obvious - how easy it makes scheduling meetings with others.

My overall experience has been superb. It's the easiest way to schedule global skype calls and other local meetings.

However, it is a limited function app for the cost for the pro version.

Some customers do not  understand how to use it. It’s difficult to manage the link on a Mac.

I think it is a bit expensive, too. Some external user sometimes claim about usability problems, but I believe mostly they are lazy.

Overall great to use and friendly people super willing to customize our interface.

This is a full feature and sophisticated online booking software yet easy to use. Great for a serious jobs.

Yocale is an all-in-one scheduling system, and for trying to include every bell and whistle, they do a pretty good job. I can't say enough about the development team.

I have enjoyed using this software for the past year. Price is just right and has most of the features I was used to from Mindbody.

I loved the customer service and access to the tech support. I loved that is was an all in one and I could go paperless with this new scheduler.

I dislike the dollar amount limitation when listing pricing for my services.

The inability at this point to search clients by dependants is somewhat frustrating to work around but they are working on this we have been told.

There are no other qualities that are good. Nice website and easy to setup.

Overall, I have enjoyed using Yocale. It is a very well-designed app, and it integrates seamlessly with Google Business.

It was a bit time consuming to set up initially. It's unfortunate that Yocale doesn't integrate with the calendar in my shop mgmt software as some other services do, but they are more expensive.

Patients are able to Book, re-Schedule, Cancel appointments during after hours making office schedule always up-to-date.

You will be working with professionals who are kind, knowledgeable, competent and accessible. They work hard to resolve any issue that arises.

I don't like that it gets buggy with other browsers and its mobile interface is slower. My clients had trouble booking and navigating their appointments.

Great software at an even greater price point.

The entire app has continuously been improved since I started with them. The scheduler does work best with Chrome, which sometimes presents problems with other browsers, and mobile interfaces.

The ease of use and clarity provided through various options for example colour coding of  services.

IT IS PAINFULLY SLOW TO LOAD AND TO SHOW YOU THE CALENDAR. You can wait and wait as the wheel turns.

Online booking is easy and they said i should see 10-15 more jobs a month. If this is true it will be worth it.
