Customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with.

The program has a lot of great tools related to architecture to help with noting markups quickly and adding text and callouts. Easy to use and definitely overtakes Acrobat in my workflow.

Material list and breakdowns and customer service was good , it did a lot of what i was looking for but to much for my company.

Has a tendency to crash. Some functions, such as zoom, pan, are clunky.

Bluebeam has saved me tonns of time for editing files/documents and reviewing drawings for construction. I am very happy to have this software on my personal computer as well as work computer.

It is easy to work with drawings and documents. Very user friendly and has very good features that help with drawings and documents management.

The integration into Microsoft Office and the printing driver from ArchiCAD creates clean PDFs quickly and easily.

The ability to capture counts of markups for budgeting, great time saver.

This program is fantastic for Quality control mark ups, etc. I like its licensing type as it is not subscription based.

The fact of having a free trial for me is very good, it allows you to have an overview of the software without the commitment of having to pay for the software.

To make matters MUCH worse they have no escalation policy at all. Read that again;  a SOFTWARE company has zero escalation policy.

Occasionally have trouble with printing to the program, but not frequently enough to stop using it as my PDF maker.

I love bluebeam Revu for its ease of tools for engineering applications. I love the markup tools as well.

I use it for both personal and professional tasks on a daily basis. They also have great customer support and are always improving their software to keep up with the latest trends and customer needs.

Great software to do team work, has the option of personalize the interface, fast and easy to use.

There are a lot of useful features that allow for flexibility and clarity when marking up documents. The sessions has allowed for collaboration across various companies/teams on numerous projects.

It is unbelievably frustrating. And if your trying to quickly review plan pages before a bid deadline this is TOTALLY the wrong software and you will be quite angry with it.

Bluebeam is a fantastic PDF editor, and their customer support is top-notch.

We then have to digitally stamp each page and being able to change the date and comments in the stamp so quickly is awesome. It integrates well with PROCORE which is an excellent Management Software.

Bluebeam revu sometimes had a tendency to crash unexpectedly, which could prove frustrating at times.

Overall a good experience as it is very useful for doing some quick sketches with plan sets.

Staff love it and are better able to manage their projects, quickly see when they are over budget etc. Timesheet entries are a breeze as are leave requests and approvals.

I like how its easy to know what projects I'm resourced on, and for how long each week. Equally as much I like how it is easy to add my hours worked.

I live in project works daily to record my time, apply for leave, monitor how/where I'm resourced and provide 360 feedback for my colleagues.

Amazing product getting smarter every day. Much better and easier to use product compared to most other time sheeting and planning software I used before.

Don't automatically update / record annual leave balances of staff.

It's an easy-to-use product with some great styling and the customer support is excellent.

Missing mobile app with start stop time tracking, easier entry of repetitive tasks (no auto suggestions). No Outlook read my calendar translate to timesheet as draft, with AI module.

As a user of the software I like the way everything is hooked up for me. I have a limited view of the budget which allows me to know if a project overrunning its budgets.

Extremely easy onboarding experience and timely after-sales support. The project team helped us customise projectworks for our business and made it super easy.

The product also has given us greater visibility of project performance and allowed us to react quickly in the event of a predicted project issue related to either time, cost, or resourcing.

Its super easy to use the timesheet and resource management features. One can easily filter on resourcing not only for self but also the team to get an idea of who is working on what.

DEBTORS MANAGEMENT AND IMPROVED CASHFLOW-‘Out of the box’ integration from 1 instance of Projectworks with multiple instances of Xero has been a big win with the migration.

I enjoy using Projectworks because of its layout. I find I intuitively know where to find items, but I also think/highly appreciate the onboarding that Projectworks provides for its clients.

The intuitive interface requiring minimal mouse clicks has made the transition super easy for our team. It is exciting to see the regular updates released.

I really enjoy using it, the UI is very easy to get used to. Excellent program/software to help with operational and project management.

Easy to use, fast and love the advanced search for time-sheeting.

It's a good tool and would recommend to others. What I would suggest is keep focusing on getting the core functionality perfect, instead of bloating the software with too many bells and whistles.

Overall I am pretty happy, i think this is a great tool to track time worked on projects.

As our Software Engineering use Azure Dev Ops it will be good to see the integration, which is currently in a beta state, advance to generally available.

Here is a suggestion, maybe if somebody has been given 20 hours on a certain project a warning could show up if the user is going over the amount of time given. Dont know how to do that though.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been excellent during the training process and I rarely contact support for queries as the software is quite intuitive.

ProjectWorks is incredibly helpful in tracking time spent amongst our team to identify projects that need attention. It has been easy to use for our entire team.

Once you got a lot of timecode to use, sometimes it is a bit confusing to find the right timecode to use.

Viewing the current and projected margins have been wonderful to see and being able to see the forecasted income really helps the business strategically think of next steps to further grow.

Loved how I could track the budget and resourcing in a project. This is one of the hardest thing for a PM to manage and ProjectWorks makes it so simple and easy.

There are a lot of features and sometimes I get lost when setting them up.

Easy to use and navigate. Provide meaningful financial reporting information such as forecast and debtors report.
