The software is easy to use and responds quickly to inquiries.

Implementation and importing of previous email archives was very easy. End users love the speed and performance.

Overall, it is a good product. Could move to cloud archiving but with the cost and not having any issues, I don't have a reason to get rid of it.

Occasional users struggle with the search logic (user impatience is a factor here).
