There's not much to dislike about the tool. My only minor gripe is the lack of tutorials. However, as the community grows, more YouTube tutorials are becoming available. Honestly, the tool is quite self-explanatory. Even if you've never worked with APIs or other chatbots, it's easy to figure out.

As well as ease of use it has high utility being able to go through many different forms of material which I can then analyse through assigning documents to the Chatbot saving me hours of time in research.
