  • Pros

  • Easy to use, easy to set up, customer-friendly software. Very fast and responsive.
  • I find BeanworksAP to be very easy to use and very versatile. Beanworks service team is always quick and friendly.
  • Cons

  • Inability to lock a date from being input; after the close, we do not want billing dates for the closed quarter to be input, and Beanworks does not offer an option for this.
  • As of 2018, we can now print our account number on vendor checks so this problem has been alleviated.

  • I really love the interface, it's easy and powerful at the same time. You have everything you need.
  • During the time we were using NewRelic we were 100% on-prem environment so for this model, the software met out requirement. It was easy to deploy new checks.
  • Cons

  • The pricing is absolutely crazy, especially for small companies. Too many features locked behind expensive paywalls.
  • The customer support is dreadful. We wait over 5 days for a response and then have to chase.
